I got hit up 2 years ago when the limit was 98, i hit a 109 with T5's , never got ticketed, took off my silencers, went and bought some packing repacked them, took a big washer and put them inside my silencers and then went back and shot a 93, lol.. Once i got my decibal band on my quad..I messed around on the dunes for awahile..went back and took out the washers and had no problem, they just checked my band. A way of cheating, but it worked. I didnt drive 4 hours to just spend 2 hours on the sand and then pack up and leave. right after that i bought the new fmf tubine core "Q"'s, right before we left after the second trip i asked them to shoot me and hit a 89!. I highly reccomend those if your gonna go to Silver Lake alot, and the surprising thing is it dosent effect power!

Everything on this quad is either gold or chrome, motor is built by trinity, I dont belive he is going to race it, I think he is just going to show it!

Who wants to meet up sometime at the dunes?, Hopefully I'll be there over memorial..of not then maybe a week or two later. let me know. I have a big group going

Yeah I hope to tell you dumbass, I dont have much time to be spending on the internet playing games with people that think they know so much. Yes and I do have actually 2 of the fastest quads around my area, and if you seen them or seen them run you would probably have a little respect for other people!.

Get rid of the TOR's, if you already havent. A good thing to invest in is a Dyna ignition. different handle bars of you choice if they are stock, mine in particular is pro taper, or depends on what your setting it up for.

Timmy boy designs in chrome!

I have a friend that can ride wheelies for miles..no joke..5th gear! (but on a 400).lol..even on his handlebars!..

chase73, If you know so much about banshee's, to make fun of people's "stupid question", then why do you ask questions on here about them. I know when I first bought my banshee's, I didnt know shit about them. All I knew what to mix the oil with the gas. Stupid question huh?, better to ask then to blow you your motor espically when a 13 year old kid just saved up his paper delivery money to buy it. So tell me this, what type of questions are supposed to be asked in here? Not everyone that owns a banshee is gonna stroke it or switch it over to alky, there are some riders in here that are 30,40 and over that dosent know hardly anything about them.Thats why this forum is here. Over the years of building banshee motors, I learn more and more, thats why I have one of the fastest ones around my area, asking questions is the only way a kid is going to learn. Not everyone like you can just say, hey I'm gonna work on a jet, i dont know anything about it, but I'm going to work on it anyways!, If you need anymore of my input, just let me know.

Depends on how wide your trails are??, What kind of a-arm are you buying?. I have timmy boy designs..I like them better than lonestar, I had a set of those, timmy boy gives you everything you need, except the brake lines
-
try some muratic (spelling?) acid, that shit is pretty good, eats rust in a heartbeat, might work on crome?
-
On the right side of the quad, you will beable to see one of the windows, its right above the overflow vantricula, and on the neck
-
I have a buddy that has a complete vito's topend, but he went with the blaster forged pistons, its only built for the sand and it kicks major ass!. I have wiseco prolights in mine.
-
Yeah I did do that, but i "think" I found the problem!, The ball bearing rolled out and I didnt see that it did, found it on the shop floor. Hopefully it will solve the probelm, if it even is out of it. I'll tear it apart and see what happens!

Ask her if she ever had 350cc's between her legs. Then give it to her..lol
-
anyone know any info on when the sand drags are this year?>
-
No man..this is a completely new one (i know him personally). both motors are trinity motors, more gold and crome this time!!
-
Yeah I soaked them in oil for a couple of hours. Yeah thats what I was planning on doing is replacing the adjustor and all of that. It just has me dumb founded.
-
Whao..I did the same thing on a triple. me and my buddy made this track and we made a triple right at the end, neither of us had the balls to do it for quite awahile!. so a whole bunch of us went back to the woods and one of my friends hit that triple on a 400ex and landed it perfect..so I hit it and landed it awesome..well second time around I didnt have enough speed..cased it hardcore..snapped my wrist in a heartbeat, i flew over the handlebars and then smoked my back on a log!..lol

Nah man, those seals are cake, just take off your case and get a screwdriver or a puch and beat them out and go get new ones.. those seals look like they are gernaded,, its a cheap and easy fix.If you wanna go cheaper, get them out easy and get the numbers off of it..if you can read them and go to napa and have them order you a new one..might cost less than 10 bucks
-
The only way you can check the coil is a continuity(spelling?) check. Try this, unplug the little black box by the radiator, and see if it has spark, I'm guessing you still have the TOR's.,
-
Have you guys seen this unbeiveable TT raptor!!!. Its in the June edition in Dirt Wheels mag.

I work in a machine shop where we bore, resleeve,do porting, grind heads, etc etc etc. most banshee cylinders are nicklesealed, and yes you can bore them out as far as .100. (paperthin wall). We bore them with a diamond boring stone, if you want to them (or need them) bored say .20 over, we bore them .10 clockwise, then .10 over counterclock wise to reduce friction going around on one way of the cylinder. etc.
