is it better to run two carbs or trinity's 2 in 1 carb setup

i have a 2001 banshee that i just modded with fmf fattys, boost bottle, cool head w/22cc domes v-force reed valves. i got an fmf jet kit and installed 270 mains and put it on the fourth clip i did a plug check and the tip right were it curved was black also not all the time but sometimes it doesn't like to idle. any suggestions. also would you recommend a new clutch if so what brand.
