  1. I'm sure there are forums somewhere. As far as parts you can order OEM parts from powersportspro.com just login to the partsfish and select your bike.
  2. Yes, an airbox seems to work better.
  3. All years are the same. Colors change and that's it. An older shock may be more likely worn out than a newer one though. I'd revalve for a plus 4 if it was me.
  4. Have a good trip. Don't break any bottles on the way back.
  5. That was my Ricky Stator flywheel that sheared. Boonman had lightened it for me and since he had never done a Ricky Stator one before (I also didn't think to tell him it wasn't stock) he cut a little deep. It looked fine and I installed it but it sheared the center hub from the rest of the wheel in under an hour. He now has all the measurements for them and can lighten them with no worry. I would not hesitate to send him another Ricky flywheel. PM Boonman for more details. Here's a picture of it.
  6. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree then. Typically when the words "one of the few" are used it makes something unique. I've never seen somebody throw a YFZ seat, tank, plastic on a Banshee. But then again the only banshee's I see are mine and the ones on here since nobody owns them around me anymore. Everybody gets excited when somebody throws a shee engine in a YFZ but now that he's done a similar thing everybody thinks he's an idiot and that doesn't make sense to me. Granted the YFZ with the shee engine would probably be a better machine, he had to work with what he had. It's interesting that he did it and I think everybody should cool off until we see the final product. And whenever you want I'm sure you can post up your shee with his and have a vote on which one is more unique.
  7. Have you tried 6th yet? now your 4th is more closely related to your original 6th. So starting out it's like your in 2nd or 3rd gear which is common anyway. WOT in 6th is gonna stain your pants. Just make sure everything is in perfect working order or you will be a stain on the road.
  8. Then his other buddy will buy one that does 218, in reverse.
  9. Little Sahara would be less driving and more riding.

  11. Jeff, You're my hero
  12. Have a good one
  13. That's pretty impressive. My only concern is my friends with a Prius get blown all over the road in there hybrid from crosswinds. How heavy are these cars?
  14. You might put a little extra air in those tires, don't want them to balloon up in the middle and suck the sidewall off the bead. What gear combination are you running? 18/41? What size tires? How does it pull it?
  15. You need to get one inner link and a second master link.
  16. Post some vids of you trying this 18 out. I'd like to see what happens.
  17. I'd say this project qualifies.
  18. I had a stock front end (j-arm) with a -2 and it was fairly wheelie happy but handles really well. I now have the +2+1's up front and it's more controllable wheelie wise and handles like it on a rails. If you have any intention of going with +1's in the front I'd definately go -2. Also I've got a brand new roundhouse Quicksand -2 swinger waiting to be installed this weekend (I broke the shortened stocker on a jump) It's about 10+ times better than my stocker ever was. Quality of the swinger is awesome, I'm very impressed with it.
  19. Stan, How are you with a bowstaff?
  20. A little more info - http://www.local6.com/news/6188583/detail.html
  21. I'm not sure going out on a "limb" is a good idea in this instance.
  22. I just showed that to a guy at work his response was......"Or you could stop being a lazy ass and walk"
