You're way rich on your oil. I mix my Amsoil at 80:1 that's 8 ounces of oil to 5 gallons of gas. Most will mix 40:1 which would be approximately half a quart to 5 gallons. I think you're close to 16:1, isn't a quart 32 ounces and a gallon 128? so 4 x 128 = 512/32 = 16:1

You'd be happy with 916's, I was very satisfied with mine until I raced a 450R dirtbike and it just edged out my setup on top end so I bought T-5's to get that little bit more. The T-5's seem to be very similar to my 916's but just get a little more out of them topend wise. Either T-5's or 916's would be a good choice. I've never run the Trinity's but Stainless would be worth the money so you should consider that option as well.

I just bought a 600RR raptor for $1500, the red fullbores and elka shocks all around are worth more than that. Should be here by the end of the week. I think the reason people ship tires deflated is so that they are smaller not because of weight. Anything with a density has a "weight" but I'd consider air in a tire negligible on the scale of an atv tire.
