  13. Get the 27.5 pilot and get an assortment(by that I don't mean you need every size but find one that's close and then you can fine tune it, every other or something) of mains from 280-330 you're probably going to need them at some point in time anyway.

  15. You've just got to hit it with confidence and know your machine. How much throttle you give it and where you give it off the ramp is the key to "hucking" the correct jump. Practice an you'll get it.

  17. Thought I'd chime in here since you probably read something I posted about sizing. It's of my opinion that you need to buy some different sizes and try them to see what happens and what works for you and your riding style. With that said I would gear down possibly to a 13 or maybe just a 14 on front and leave the rear till you decide what you like on the front and then you can fine tune the rear if you're anal. The reason in going to a 13 in my opinion is because of your paddles you have traction, where as if you were running on dirt I think you'd do well with the gearing you have since you'd be traction limited. 450's are fast and you should really get ported if you're going to be racing them. When I put springs on I just bend a piece of wire in half (maybe 18" long) and wrap the open end around the middle of a wrench a couple times till (enough so it will hold when you pull on it) making a T-handle puller. The nice thing about this is once the spring is on you can unwrap the wire and just pull it through the spring.
