  2. I think i can pencil you in somewhere.
  3. I can't wait to go. The anticipation is killing me in my classes all i can think about is sand, sun, and partying. non-alcoholic partying of course, because i'm not 21 for another 3 months Oops, my bad just about forgot one: sand, sun, partying, and some roost.
  4. I've used fusion twice now, looked great each time and it also held up good too. I prepped the plastic with some really light sand paper then i cleaned the plastic, next i coated the plastic with some adhesion promoter from o'reilly's and sprayed on two coats fusion. looked great. i'm sticking with it.
  5. something you might check for is a burr or scuff on gear shafts (not sure of the proper term, but the shaft he gears are on) The same thing happened to me about two years ago and it would not let me shift between 2nd and 3rd. took it all apart and couldn't find anything wrong with it everything checked out fine, nothing bent or misfigured. then i noticed a burr of some sort on the end of the gear shaft that was preventing the gears from sliding smoothly along the shaft. Filed it down a bit and it has been shifting smooth every since. Just my 2 cents, hope it helps.
  6. never started, so it made it real easy to quit.
  7. hey, if anyone wants to drag i'll be bringing a pretty sweet '86 Honda 200SX, i think it's a stock stroker. So those 4mil's and 10mil's better watch out it's pretty fast. Come on guys, lets settle it on the sand.
  8. yep just like the post says i need a noss head or a cool head. send some pics and some prices thanks.
  9. just like the title says i'm in the market for some jugs, preferably stock bore. thanks.
  10. yeah i know i could go ahead and go to the next size but isn't that about the last bore i'll get on these cylinders? So wouldn't that be like almost wasting a port job?
  11. i was just wondering what to do about my little predicament, i was planning on pulling apart the shee and rebuilding/bore/ porting the shee for summer, but when i was taking off the top end i noticed that the pistons were already a .50mm overbore. Should i still go ahead and port the shee even though the cylinders are .50mm over or what, need some advice on what to do. thanks in advance.
  12. i was just wondering because when i got my pipes from toomey i got the unpainted t-5's, and since they are such a pain to keep from rusting i was wondering if i could paint them. and if i could what would be the best method for doing this?
  13. supplements, you need to gain weight.
  14. Yeah, its Potawotome. Its better than Finger Lakes, but I think our plans have been canceled.
  15. yeah that's the thing my altitude is like a 1000ft above sea level. i'm so depressed. ugh.
  16. Just like i said i'm soo confused, checked the compression on the shee today and i'm a little bummed. She was pretty puny, 103 psi in the left cylinder and like 95 psi in the right cylinder. But the reason why i'm confused is it doesn't take much at all to start the thing, not first kick but it's not a hassle; the part that is confusing me is that those numbers i believe indicate rebuild time, but it runs soo good. I mean i just beat a '06 450R with a 110lbs. rider the other day no sweat, indeed i should've won with my mods but i'm 210lbs. and i pulled through every gear. (yeah, i know it could've been the rider) Anyways it's been almost two years since the last rebuild (new wiseco's, rings, bore, etc...) and i'm also like many bhq'ers who ride like they stole it. Well i was wondering what i should do, i was going to get a gorr port for a little christmas present, but i'm not sure. Do you think this might be fixed with some new rings, or am i gonna have to get new pistons? Also where is that piston size located on the piston, i know it is silly but i forgot what over bore mine was, .030 or .040. Also if someone could tell me what the piston clearance should be in the cylinder and how much ring gap i should have, yes i realize it is in the clymer's manual but i have seemed to misplaced mine. So here's the deal i'll go look for the clymer manual and you guys can give me some tips/input. thanks.
  17. me and soupbox660 are there.
  18. well you guys outta know by now it's all gonna depend on how big his boost bottle is, if it's the oversized two liter version then we might see at least a 1000hp. Gosh i can't believe you all forgot about the boost bottle factor.
