  1. I've got a 2000 shee, i had to split the cases because it got stuck between 3rd and 4th gears while i was out riding. I've checked the shift shaft it's straight, adjusted the little hooks or whatever grabs the little shift star to their proper adjustment, checked the shift forks they look fine, and yet it still seems to get stuck between the gears. The wierd thing is, it may shift through all six gears fine but when i shift back through them it gets stuck again. It does this upshifting and downshifting, you just never know. By looking at the gears in the tranny, what is happening is whenever i shift and it gets hung up the gear that are supposed to slide over are mating properly with the gear it is supposed to. Also sometimes when the gears get stuck if i roll the gears by hand it all the sudden pops back into place. what gives?? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
  2. I want a passion racing 12 port, just needed to know what i need to do to get one and how much?
  3. just wondering if i would still be ok with this set up? I also run water wetter, but i'm thinking about switching to engine ice. thanks for the replies.
  4. I was just wondering what's next? I already have a set of toomey T-5's, dual K&N clamp ons (obviously no airbox), currently i'm running a 300 main. Also most likely i'll be getting an adjustable timing plate and run 4 degrees advanced. I would really like to get a passion racing 12 port done, but i've been noticing a couple people say that unless you have bigger carbs then it sucks. Although i do realize that bigger carbs would greatly help, unfortunately i don't have the extra cash right now for the carbs, still kind of recovering from the last banshee accident that left me with a broken leg. In return my normal summer job was down the drain. in other words cash is short. But basically i was wondering do i have to get bigger carbs to notice a nice difference and also is there anything i should get before i get a port job (meaning anything i need different that would hinder my port job.) any info is greatly appreciated, thanks.
  5. I was just wondering, someone told me that if i used this setup i would get my pipes too hot because too much extra air would build up in the stock pipes. Any truth to this. Also what would happen if i took off the endcaps on my stock pipes, just wondering?
  6. I have a 2000 shee and it is completely stock except for wiesco pistons still on stock bore. I will be adding dual K&N clamp ons with outerwears, i will remove the air box, about what size main jet should i use? I am already running a 210 main and my riding temp is anywhere from 50-70 degrees. any help is much appreciated.
