yes axel nut wrenches. they should work right? i dont wanna pay for the wrench yamaha makes. my tourque wrench doesnt even go up to 88 ft.pounds anyways. lol, took me about 3/4 hours to get this gittyup all made.

i was just wondering if these are the right size. i only get to visit my shee about every other weekend when i go on vacation. would hate to get up there and find out there the wrong size. they are 50mm. thats what it say in the clymers but would like to double check. if anyone knows for sure that its the right size that would be great.

i found some hrodrochloric acid at lows, yay. if i cant get a chroming place to remove the chrome for less than $30 im gonna buy some of that stuff. does anyone know if you have to have some sort of permit or licence to buy this stuff? i would immagin they wont just sell it to any shmo...?

i bet you can get one off a motor cycle or something and reweld the brackets to fit the bansh for like $20. but i dont know of any raiators that would work. if you do find one thats slose to fitting i ould like to hear about it. i dont have any temp problems but bigger is always better in my oppinion.

yeah but its would be a pain in the ass taking off the rad cover every time you wanna ride. probably go through a a half a dozen screws from stripping them out all the time.

cut rear fender, give me a break why even have plastics then. save your money and one less thing to clean. cut rear fenders baaah

does anyone have any experience with honing cylinders. i know a guy who hones out lawnmower engins and gets the running good and sells them. does honing make the bore bigger? would you need to get new pistons for this? from what he tells me its really good for an engine and increase the PSI back to normal or almost as good depending on how bad the cylinders are. i probably wont do it till next winter but im just querious.

i think i have enough money for the dirt igger clutch but im not sure what friction plates to get. i seen that there are Series K Kevlar or CF Series Carbon Fiber friction plates. whats the difference? and what ones would be good for a trail ride. i dont race but sometimes i like to pretend i am, lol. anyone know the difference?

did the paint not work out for ya? if i remember you were in the process of painting those things. i think its a lot of work painting plastics and when it comes off it look horrable.

im just wondering. i heard people talkin about some bore kit that you put gigger sleaves in the cylinders? im just wondering can you put ne sleves in a stock cylinder instead of boring it out? how come there is no talk on how to do this?
