  4. Its easy, tell us your mods, and we will get you in the ball park with jetting. To sync your carbs: 1.take your seat off 2.look on the tops of your carbs and theres to screws, make sure there srewed out even and the slots are lined up. 3. turn it on and let it idle, then adjust it (give it 20 sec. or so to react to the change) another way to make sure there synced right is to turn the gas off and push the throttle all the way in and let it go. You should her them hit at the same time, if not there off sync. Whats your clutch doing?
  5. 320 mains, 27.5 pilots should be spot on.
  6. Hit it with the power washer to get all the big stuff, then get the wash mit and bucket the clean the plastics real good, rims, and pipes. Then polish the shiney stuff with blue magic.
  7. Thats some funny shit...I hate when you taking a shit and some a hole throws a wet papper towel over the stall. I also hate it when two guys go into the bath room and looks for pissers, then the other one shuts the lights out and the other pushes the pissers so they piss on their self piss

  14. My holeshot xc's have lasted me almost a year. I ride on alot of flint stone, and pavement and have had no flats. For my next set im going to try xct's.
  15. Take the snorkel off and you would be very close, the lid might be to much. Your going to be rich as it is so it wont hurt it unless its way rich which your not.
  16. 320 mains, 27.5 pilot, middle clip is a good starting point. I think a dial-a-jet is to change the clip position.
  17. The airbox is made to keep water out of the motor. If you want to do away with the airbox get some pod filters, if you want to keep it get Banshee Super Flow Airbox Kit
  18. Try 320 mains, 27.5 pilots, middle clip. That is if you have you airbox lid off, if not jump down to a 300 main then work from there.
  19. Looks like a cool project you have going, keep posting pics
  20. No shit, ive got 250-400 hours on my factory top end. If you take care of it, use good oil, the top end will last you for years.
  21. hell yea, im about 1 hr or so from there. Let us know are group might have a couple banshee's down there
  22. Thats what I use, I get mine for $5 a litter.
  23. Take the back plastics off and have someone put hi-temp silicone around where they meet. You have to push pretty hard when it goes on if the holes dont line up push or pull ( it can go to far ) so they line up and put the bolts on. Put the exaust clamp on tight and torque all the bolts for the front to back so nothings binding. What pipes are these? fatty, sst, gnarly?
  24. Thats just normal. When it overheats you will hear it boiling and the overflow tank in the back will fill up. Get some engine ice, that stuff works good.
