I would go ahead and get the flywheel lightend and advance the timing +4 if you port it. You cant go wrong with the nossmachine head. Nossmachine and prodesign cool about the same, but noss is a bansheehq sponser. Getting the crank welded will hold it together with higher compression.

it wont hurt them if you take it easy....there were drunk guys burning there paddles off snake hunt weekend .There is a store you can ride to thats right on the dunes....anyone know how far you park from town?

These were taken off a 2004 banshee about 5 months after I bought it. ALL of these tires hold air. One of the back tires had a hole in it and we put a plug/slime in it. fronts - $40+ship backs - $35+ship front tire size 21-7-10 back tire size 20-10-9 plug

Stock banshee's have anywhere from 200-220 mains...you really screwed up when you put the 210's in (way lean, makes it really hot) how long did you run it with them in? Get 300-330 mains (start with 330's and work your way down) and put in 27.5 pilots. Here is a good web page on jetting Jetting FAQ.

do you think it was a 280 main and a 25 pilot? Your main jet should be about 340.

You are lean on the main, put a 320 in and do a WOT plug chop. Do a compression check, you might need a new top end because your jetting is wrong. You might have an air leak if one side is leaner than the other.

Push them together, its can be tough if it goes to far just pull the silencer back and put the bolt threw.
