sounds like a good starting point. my mods listed in sig., i have 320 mains and 30 pilots. shee is on the rich side, but your 200 mains have to be way lean. where are you riding at?

Gotcha. Dont have a prefilter for that. I do have two K&N clamp on filters for stock carbs with outerwears, if you decide to go that direction let me know.

what type of K&N are you running?

i have an airbox lid, and stock exhaust. Let me know if you still need either.

with exhaust in good condition w/ packing... should be low to mid 90's. In Michigan random sound testing requires bikes to be below 94 or 96 dB. Like at Silver Lake and other rec areas.

I'm looking to get a case saver that will fit around a 15 tooth front sprocket. Anyone with a 15+ tooth front have a case saver? what brand?

Update? Looking for info/pics on your extra front rims. Are they still available?

It opens up the carbs and allows air to flow into the cylinders. Without the throttle open, air flow is restricted. Less air in the cylinders = lower pressure and a low reading.

Like First Banshee said, check the cable. When the throttle is stuck wide open, flick the throttle a little bit, usually will come unstuck. Mine has done that when moisture gets on the slides. I'm in MI as well, mods listed below, 320 mains but pretty sure that i am RICH on the mixture. When I put my PC's on i went up on the pilot jet size. Let us know what happens.

I'm thinking along the lines with RBD.... 1. Did you hold the throttle open? 2. How many times did you kick the bike over with the throttle open?

Stock tires for sale, came off the stock rims and replaced with holeshots 2 seasons ago (when bike was brand new). have been in garage ever since. Tread is at least 90 to 95%. Post or PM offers.

21x12x8 Mud Shark tires. Tires are mounted on grey steel rims that fit Blaster hubs. Rims have no scratches or dents, tires have 95%+ tread left. Like new. Anyone interested PM me with offers. Tires and rims can be sold together or separate.

When can you ship them out?

Pretty sure that they are 20Lbs. it is recommended that you tighten them in stages. ex. tighten them all to 5, then 10, 15 and 20.
