under your selling tab, there is a link for " non paying bidder program" copy/paste the item # into the link box, after you file a payment reminder, you need to file a non paying bidder alert, then after 10 days you can request your final value fee refund, try not to forget as they make you wait in between each step...

ohhh my favorite is with paypal you can't file a complaint for a refund after 30 days, but ebay you can't start your final value fee credit until you've completed you non-paying bidder alert which starts after 30 days... nice huh ??? oh yeah, ebay owns paypal, you ain't kidding about the red-tape... check out www.paypalsucks.com..

thank god i finally got outbid, i almost had some explaining to do.....

you'd almost have to go back through their shipping records on their PC, as we have UPS at my work which i use, through trial and error i have learned to writh the tracking # down from the shipping label for times like this....

got one on my bike, liked it when i only had bolt on mods, now went with stroker and port work, feels good, trying to tune it to it's max, get some time slips from the track and then try my dual-carb setup and see which seems better, timely process in the works...

aww, c'mon it's not the computer that's the problem, it's usually some gutless pimple faced jerk or totally withdrawn twat that can't function in society and have to get off on pulling a faceless act, kinda like a person who keys a car when nobody's around to see them... shit it's prolly the software companies doing it so you'll have keep updating and buying their products Y2K my ass, we did so many freakin software upgrades and patches in '99 for basically nothing, except cost to the customers....

i checked out his feedback and the tool never bought anything over $100.00 including a service for french/english translation @ .05 a word, how the hell can you afford to pay something as ridiculous as that ??????????????????????????

no matter how many times i see that it is so dead on it's not even funny...

feedback is a pain in the ass, when i buy something i leave it as soon as i receive my item and am satisfied with it. when selling i will only leave feedback after the buyer has received the item and has left it for me. i've had too many problems with things getting lost, people complaining about stupid shit like bidding on a part that does'nt fit their particular model (no matter how good i list my description, there are no shortage of idiots with i-net access) so until the sale is succesfully completed and the buyer is satisfied, no feedback... unless i'm handing out a negative, then it can't get posted quick enough !!

for crissakes, i just got out of bed 10 minutes ago and it's like 6:50 am here, i think i need a drink now to stop shaking.

i got a whole backyard full of wrecked truck parts, now if only i was famous......

file a paypal fraud complaint. if he cannot produce a tracking # with successful delivery they will issue a refund, do it soon though cuz the prick may withdraw his funds...
