just buy your self a helmet and chest protector. the doctors can alwas sew your arm back on when you messup. it does take some skill but if you like to ride atvs then go for it. if you have never ridden an atv or a two stoke before it might take you a while to learn how to. banshees are not the quad you want to learn on, thats for sure. but do what you want, worst comes to worst you can always just sell it right?

kinda stupid but im gonna go riding for about 5 hours tommorrow and i dont want my pistons to expand and distort on me, but how can you tell if a radiator is working or not? i road it for about a half an hour and i could probably melt glass on this exhaust. also my nice paint job went up in smoke too. ill call it "double bouble". Hey it double bouble! anyway ill post pictures of that fuckin mess next week. so is there a way to check it? or do i have to take the thing all apart?

did you mean you need to weld brackets on the frame or were you gonna design your own a-arms? if your welding the brackets to the frame i would go with 3/16 maybe.

no just use comon sence. when you take your j arms off cut them in half ans use that diameter tube.(i dont even know if Jarms have tubes or not, never seen one) but i would say some where inbetween 1/8 and 3/32 wall thinkness should be good. its gonna be fun making thoses things though, lol, j/k. $140 is expensive but it might have bushings and baring fittings that you will have to make or buy. never took my a-arms off to see what there all about but i know mine leak greese.lol set-up a good jig on a table. your gonna have to put a (fishmouth) or what ever its called to get those to buttt close. to make upper and lower a arms fron scratch, figuring out your own dimentions is gonna take maybe 8+ hours. i would but them and mod them to fit on my bike. but i dont know how much you get paid an hour and if you like your job at all. if i hated my job i would probably make them no matter how long it took me, lol. good luck man

act inocent and play stupid. iv drove with out a licence before. i live on the other side of the country though, but they suspendid my licence for 30 days and made me pay court fees fines and everything else. i think it all together costed me 400 bucks. theres someones pay check for that week. its all fucking bull shit when it comes to "getting cought driving" thell nail ya for the stupidest shit too. good luck

oh yeah. i dont have the pet cock but i know how to change one in about 5 minutes, lol. there not too expensive either. im sure you could fins a used one for 5 bucks, but there aint too many of them floating around these forums. you can also just through the one on from the stock tank.

i have the red front plastic that is cut for the tank already that i will through in with it too. $100 really isnt that much fo someone who wants a bigger tank. the front plastics have no stress marks or cracksm just a lot of scratches, you know? thats what happens when you ride not just sink money into the mods and never get it durty. no offence i do like a clean bike too its just that if i cleaned it every time i rode it it wouldnt even be worth it. but yeah its still for sale.

it might be easier to buy used a arms and cut and reweld them where you need them. are you planning on bending and welding them from scratch? that would be quite a task to get them perfect.

how much is the swing arm bolt and barings anmd seals and stuff? its not really $30 is it? i might pay 20 at the most

yes i see. maybe that was the original paint on the clutch cover and it wore off. thats what it looks like to me. maybe ill try to buff that grappy speckled crap off.

it seemd when ever i take something apart and put it back together there is ALWAYS spare parts. does anyone reconize these clips and where they might go? i know they dont go to the gas tank cover to screw on the radiator cover. anyone seen these things before?

I WENT TO SEAR LOWS AND HOME DEPOT, i didnt find a single part needed. now i know there not all stocked by the same stock boy, lol. i really only need a 1/4 bearing and a spring. i guess ill just have to try a few more.

put you front end up on blocks so your tire just misses the ground. spin the tire i garentee you that it stops and hits the ground at one point. or your rim is not aligned perfectly on the hub. its one of those. how much play do you have in your steering?

anyone ever done it? there is a place in the spring time where i go ridin that would be perfect. its about 1 foot deep and 20 fet long. it has good start and end points. are shees capable of this kinda buisness or should i not attempt fate. do ya need paddles or any special mods to be succesful? any tips or storys welcome

+ 300 in repairs and time you gotta repair it. it doesnt sound like a rip off if thats wat your sayin. just make sure there isnt any hidden problems

i know how to polish too. you brought up a good idea. im gonna try to polish mine up and see how it looks, ill post pictures if i get around to it. but wont it just rust if you strip the paint off? ( i know what your thinking) LOL at my work they got a polishing wheele. i could put a nice mirror finnish on it if im lucky. but if its not made out of stainless, wont it stain? (rust) let me know what kind of tools you use for this job. they got a leath every kind of sand paper skotch brite pad buffing wheel you could think of.

the guy i bought mine from had it stored there for over a year and a half and nothin happend to it. just when you pout it in there dont take it out and ride it up the street and them through it back in there. just cover it up in plastic chaine it down and wait till ya move into your new place. shouldnt be a concern. loose lips sink ships.

yeah they can be a bitch. mine dont even sit flat on the exhaust heads. shit leaks out. you probably have to mess with the backets a little. or just use the hose trick that should work. nice pipes but just too damn fat for the frame

i dont have the orignal botls i think 1/4 20's are on there right now, lol. ill go get an m8 and an m10 to see what one fit. i already got the tap.just didnt want to destroy what little threads are left in there. whats the pitch? does that even matter?

im lookin for a rubber peice that goes around the gas tank, i have one but not the other. also i wanted blue light covers or maybe another color and shock covers just an old beaten up blue or black pair would do
