Its a special tool with reverse threads. In the center it has a push bolt that you screw in and it pops the flywheel off. You can prolly find one for about 25 bucks.
If your buying new carbs and need new intakes, buy intakes without holes. You can also plug the holes on your upp's and see if you notice anything. I just bought thee upp's with no boost hole for my 34's
Set of tr-6 pipes. Used about 2 seasons. There is a dent on the right side pipe due to a knee or something, not to sure, it was all a blur . there is also a little something melted on them as well. they clean up well though and Im sure that the dent could be taken out by someone who knows how to do it. Will ship free if buyer pays full price.
Cut the wires, tape them individually, and then tape them all together. The ones to the carbs, the clutch, the throttle, and then take the little black box that they all connect to and stick it in your next camp fire.
Are the other sides screwed way in. If so set both to an equal length on both sides and start from scratch. Screw both ends of the heims all the way in and screw both out evenly until you are satisfied.
aint nothin a tall white russsian cant handle. 50/50 vodka, kahlua, and a splash of milk. Um, Um. One of my favorite early morning cocktails.
You can rid the cables on the throttle and the clutch. just make sure you fill in the hole in the throttle with some rtv, if your using thumb. About the scratch in the other side I dont know.
Just wondering if They make different size head gaskets as far as bore size? The one that came with my Rebuild kit that is a few bore sizes over is leaking a little. So I was wondering if a stock yamaha head gasket will work fine, or do I have to get one for the correct bore size?
After I put my axle on I used the stock axle nuts, came loose after every two rides no matter how much I torqued them down. I bought the lone star axle nut And have not once had any probs.
You will have to convert to dc power, run an inverter I think thats what its called. You will also need a battery os cap as well and float the ground in the stator. Email tech support and they will help you out. I was thinking of doing yhr same thing
