To start with we need to know if you have a short rod (110mm) or a long rod (115). I would definately check the squish. There is some science in making domes and just about every motor needs something different this is why on custom setups i never would run a off the shelf dome i always custom cut them for my customers that way i know everything is right. The 9768 piston is a piston that Calvin designed to run the 110 rod so it has a lower pin height so it compensates for the shorter rod if it was a 115mm rod which is the same as a blaster Calvin just used the readily availble blaster piston (573m06800) -
To get the port timings back to where they are supposed to be you will have to have it ported and it would have been better to do it before you had it plated imho.

Thanks for the props we do what we can!! Is your motor a long rod motor or a short rod motor??? Im guessing you have a 68x54 cause u said 392cc. The base gasket needs to be a .012 if its a 115 rod (using the 573m06800 piston) and .022 if its a 110 rod (using the 9768M06800 piston) either way you should be setting bout .018 in the hole with that combination of gaskets, rods and pistons. With that said your dome should have about .020-.024 step in it to get the squish right. As for the bolts we sell and highly recommend an arp bolt that has a 12pt 10mm head on it that makes it real easy to tighten down. Give me a call if you want some or ill have them up on the site probably later today... Andy M&M ATV -
Sorry guys that was a misprint the baskets are billet aluminum with a stainless steel backing plate. The baskets are very light and comparable to all the major brands.

98 Drag Banshee For Sale
No Limit Powersports replied to strokrbanshee1's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Curt i cant believe your selling it??? Bump for a great seller and a awesome running bike -
A good chain is a lot cheaper than a new case...we use rk520mxz3 non oring on 130 hp bikes with good luck. The non oring chains also have a lot less resistance when rolling take to identical bikes one with a oring chain and one with out and push them equally on pavement and the non oring chain bike will go farther...but resistance isnt important to everybody but only makes since to buy a good chain for 100+ then buy 3 $50 chains or a set of cases...just my $.02

Def need to have carbs set up for pump but that usually just entails getting a different needle and seat and maybe some float modifications depending on the carb. But i would def consider it if your going to spray especially since you will already have the pump...why not just one less thing to worry about right?
-
The fuel pump is just your typical pulse pump the one that boss uses has on inlet and 3 outlets I tyically run one outlet to each carb and one to the control box. The enrichment lines plumb into the intake boots with a simple hose barb fitting and the nitrous jets go into the filters either with a 90* jet or a straight so you have some options on where you mount it. I will get some pics as soon as i can
-
Okay now that i got your attention lmao jk...The pulse pump works great you just plump into your intake runner closer to the cylinder the better, the controller beleive it or not actually uses like 8 AA batteries...now i no what your thinking but ive been running one on my personal bike for almost 2 seasons and havent changed the batteries yet, plus no need to mount a big battery and keeping it charged and all that nonsense just easy. Calvin has probably one of the most complex systems on the saber ive ever seen and its just a mess to deal with this kit is just so easy, safe and clean i love it. Now as far as the reeds go we are running the vforce right now but i have also heard the same thing but havent had any bad luck yet. Calvin popped a set on his (not a boss noss but nitrous is nitrous as far as the reed goes) but it was back firing and carrying on cause the spread wasnt right and i think thats what got his not the nitrous ... that or the 82hp shot he put in it hehe... Now as far as timing goes im running +7 on the plate with a stock cdi cause even on the stock setting the dana adds alot of timing at the top of the curve. Compression is your biggest concern, on a cub with upwards of 180lbs of cranking compression we stretched studs and couldnt get the nitrous to work but after some rechambering and down to about 150 we were good to go.

Oh yea i dont think its as finiky as everybody makes it out to be... but even so its so easy to adjust with the boss kit. No cause i only spray at wot with the slides all the way up so they dont get sprayed but i guess they could frost up the carbs and but havent had any trouble yet.

Stroker banshee
No Limit Powersports replied to XxGlamisDunerxX's topic in General Banshee Discussion
No the cylinders can be changed to get the port timings correct. With a longer stroke the ports will need to be changed...anything can be done even if the cylinder had to be decked anything is doeable maybe not cost effective but doeable
