your saying the carbon fiber stuff flaked off from your powerwasher? I'd be f'ing pissed and would be throwing it in yamaha's face. Regular tank covers are 10 dollars a side from the dealer. The carbon ones are like 120 or something crazy like that. yup, i was washing it after riding in our river and i was holding it kinda close, then it ripped a 2X2 inch piece off. i was flippin mad, so i just took the rest of it off on that one side. one side is carbon fiber and one side isnt. i need to take the other side off to match it. all that carbon fiber is is just sticky paper. u can buy it at advanced auto or something. kinda cheap if u ask me. u pay a few hundred dollars more for sticky paper.

i have an 04' and i got the carbon fiber shit, its cool lookin and all but if u ever use a pressure washer to wash it dont hold it too close.. it took one side of my tank off.

i got a woods port by eric gorr.. its got all kinds of low end.. im runnin 16/41 gearing and ive yet to have any problem with not havin the bottom end when i need it, i didnt lose a whole lot of top end either. it pulls that 16 tooth very nicely. also, i heard somewhere that stock pipes produce the most bottom end compared to any other aftermarket pipe out there? correct me if im wrong, could just be a rumor.

my first banshee i ever got was from a guy that build drag banshees. after about 3 months i started havin quite a few problems with it. so i sold it. then i went to our yamaha dealer and bought be a brand new one. i dont like buying used things very often. u never know what the previous owner did to them or how they treated them. if buying a used one, never buy until u ride..

27.5 pilots.. give that a try, i dont know if itll solve ur revving problem, but i believe u should go bigger with ur pilot.

id be careful on the mx track. they look pretty mx friendly to me. but it depends on the rider.. ive heard alot of good stuff about them. if his is as modded as urs, i dunno, i think it would be a good race. ive heard they hauls ass, but so do banshees. race one and let us know.
