    Most companies give you evrything you need to set you up ( except brake lines). That is 2 uppers and two lowers and usually tie rods. I would ask who ever you buy from what all comes with the set up just to be sure.

    You could also go to your local auto parts store and have them match up an o-ring where I said to put the silicone. You could put it in there and try it if the silicone doesn't work.

    If it ain't spitting coolant out of the overflow it ain't hot. Mullet sounds right that seems pretty fat.

    If there is no groove run a small bead of high temp silicone all the way around inside the corner of the header flange. Make sure you let it dry before you start it.

    I got a procircuit platium pipe for the 500 and a set of forks.

    Inspect your needle and ceet. It could be worn. Make sure the jets are the same in each carb also.
