  6. I've also used AV gas for many years on my other motor. No problem what so ever. This new motor I'm running cam-2 110. On the other hand AV gas is refined fuel. It's good shit IMO.

  9. I love my 10/mm GOBS of torque. If you deside to go 10/mm start thinking about the tranny. Have the gears cyro treated. And install outer support bearing to the output shaft. I made the whole season on a stock tranny. The next time I split the cases I will have this done on mine. If your pushing sand around with paddle tires you probably with in time blow the tranny. The razer tires that I've got on my bike with a 10/mm suck for traction, but mite of saved my tranny this year. Keep this in mind if you deside to go 10 mill IT'S JUST CHEAP INSURANCE. The builder that builds your motor will help you out on this. good luck

  11. I believe anything over 4mm you have to trench the cases. If he goses 7mm he's gun-a wish he went 10mm. It ain't that much more. Money wize. It's the torque.

  13. Yes about +3 on the timming plate it's been their since the engine been built. I could go more but with this motor Im haveing problems with traction. I don't care what tires you put on it. It's like a four stroke power band. No lite switch power band like my other motor was. This motor comes out the hole like being shot out of cannon. LOVE IT
  14. I've got both on my bike wright know. Nology coil & gyt-r cdi. The cdi got off e-bay cheap brand new. Somebody had a special on them. They claimed that the timming is advanced. I don't know how much though if it is or not. It looks like the same plastic & bracket as the dyna fs ignition. Its not a programable unit, It's a fixed unit. When I connected that nology coil with this gyt-r cdi to my 535 10/mm.Yes it did make differance.

  17. Did you hook the ground wire up wright? Did you buy the coil with the hot wires? You should have notice the difference. If you did everthing correct. Then I'm sorry that i miss lead you on this mod. Theirs about fifteen pepole that I know of said that they notice a big differece. That they were happy with this mod. I'm sorry that I steered you wrong. I was hoping this was'nt going to happen. It may work for some and not others.

  21. Thanks for the warning. The pluges that I have been using all summer BR8EG fine electrode. But I will keep a eye on them. This coil is hotter thats for sure. No problems yet. I will post soon if I have a problem.
