Pro Design has 2 plates for the Shee. 1 for the foam & 1 for the K&N. Did you get the one for the foam filter? The K&N plate uses the same filter as the stock plastic plate.YA-3502

The intake will work with V-force reeds. my camera crapped out so I can't get pics for a while.( financially embarrassed at the moment) The intake has only been on the bike for a 1/2 tank of fuel.

If you don't mind E-pay , I think it would cost around 600 in parts + boring the cylinders. If your not in a hurry you could probably get the pats cheaper.

I have used Pivot Works on all my LT's & haven't had any problems with them. Their kits usually contain all the sleeves & seals needed. For grease I use Bel Ray waterproof grease. Rocky Mountain seems to have good prices on the kits. 27 for the front & 42 for the swinger.

Sounds like it is too lean. Sparks could be carbon or piston material.

race versions are 2"back and 1" lower than stock.

Either PTR mids or a 2into1 from Dyno port or Moto fast.

Check your intake boots for cracks, not just visually. flex them to see if there are any cracks. Mine were cracked just in front of the carbs on the bottom.

Led- It is real common on the 4x4's with the 31x10.50 15 tires. They usually start to get loose around 40,000 miles. I have seen one upside down in the ditch missing the left front knuckle/wheel. I dont know if it caused the roll or was a result of the roll.
