    Your 87 carbs have the tors eliminator kit installed. You can use the parts on the new carbs( tops/ idle screws). You will need the correct drill bit & tap to install the idle screws. I am sure someone knows what size bit & tap to use.

    I just got a motofast intake with a 40mm Lectron. If the carb wont work on the shee, it will on the Zilla.

    I have heard about alot of leakage problems on them, probably due to the floats dropping too far & the needles getting stuck open. There is a set of genuine Keihin 28mm PWK's on there for the same price. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...4527672657&rd=1

    The stock head gasket is only .008 thick. There are thicker base gaskets out there to raise the cylinders slightly. You would have to have the head machined to increase the compression.

    Both sets of carbs on e-bay are not keihin carbs, they are a copy of the Keihin.

    Ditch the stock gasket, & just use a little grease to hold the o-rings in place. The directions say to put a little sealant on the stud threads.

    It is a little bit of a handful when whipping through the trees where I ride. I am going to go back to a stock stroke & a single carb like I had on my other Shee.

    Only 3 gallons of fuel ran through it, has too much power for the riding that I do. Cylinders are .020 over, crank is a long rod +4mil wiseco, 795 series pistons & spacer plate. I also have the Boss intake & 33mm PWK carbs w/braided cable. I have over 1700 into this not including the cylinders. Make me an offer.

    I wouldn't get pipes because of the way they sound. Get the ones that best fit your riding style. Higher revving pipes for dunes/racing & low end /mid pipes for MX & woods/trail riding.
