  1. 99 Shee set up for MX, I have only ridden it 3 times in the past year. Engine- Cylinders are std bore & MX ported by Patriot racing (Tats4life's old cylinders) stock crank trued & welded(70 hrs max on the crank, new outer bearings & seals) NOSS head w/18cc domes Hinson basket & new EBC clutch PTR High Rev's w/fatboy silencers Pro Design timing plate, intake, waterpump cover & impeller Pro flo w/uni filter, stock carbs, tors removed, 400ex throttle PWR radiator Chassis- stock frame painted black Janssen MX tech a-arms +2+1 w/ Elka sport shocks RPM -2 round housing swinger w/ AXIS shock TEAM firestick axle & rear hubs LSR antivibe stem, TAG bars, IMS 4 gallon tank Braking rear wave rotor, braided lines front & rear new chain & sprockets IMS pegs & AC nerfs Kenda Klaws on ITP T-9's( fronts new, rears 90%) I am sure that I am forgetting somethings.   3. I do alignments on those trucks all the time. the drivers bolt is always turned in more than the passengers side. It is from the way the keys are cut from the factory(same key fits both sides)

  8. If you are replacing the rotor, just use a BFH on the back side of the rotor. Before you do that reinstall the 3 bolts, they are for the bearing assembly.

  11. Sounds like the pilots are plugged, time to clean the carbs.
  12. the bolt patterns are different, but with a little filing they will fit( about a 1/16 of an inch) Honda pattern is 4x110
  13. it should also say rev or mid on the tag
  14. Put the intake in very hot water for a few minutes, then install the carb & clamp it down. let it sit for a few minutes to cool down. I had to do this to put a 44 on my old LT500.

  17. K-2 is a full synthetic oil 927 is a castor/synthetic blend

  21. PTR head is just a relabled Pro Design, Uses longer studs. Noss has better designed cooling & uses stock studs. Comes in different colors too.

  24. I am in the south metro (Rosemount), I am also in my 30's. I have heard that unless you have a 4x4 quad, the gilbert area isn't much fun. We are going to LS in may & I am going to try to go to St Anthony's in Aug or Sept.
