  13. Today I fired it up and pulled the clutch hit first and no go. sprayed the cable and lower section that pivots w/ wd40 and rode off. noticed what seems like wheel spin. At high rpms like when the powerband kicks in seems like my clutch is being pulled in half way. came back noticed I was alittle low on oil. added and it helped but still slippin' at high revs.well not really slippin like jerkin or catchin but more like wheel spin. hoping its not the tranny and just the clutch going. first time shopping for clutches (still hoping that is the problem) what do you all suggest. I'm leaning towards Barnnet. Any help will be appreciated!

  15. snow plow and mower deck attachments, horn, hand warmers like the honda goldwing, high output stator to run some sirens and lights, smoke trail and greese extractor for the fuzz, spare tire, bubble machine exhaust hook-up, steering wheel w/ suicide knob... I think they should go all out for it's final year and let the 4 strokes take another 20 years to produce something close.
  16. Oilsmoke-Damn that's mean ass shit lookin! Nightride-Most important I'd say it's all in the prep.

  18. Yeah I had been debating on the xcr s for a while. The more I think about it, I bet they self clean better than the hd s -the way the tread pattern is laid out. I really like your color scheme you got going on there.
  19. This is what I was running before. ...heavier but I've had 'em completely under mud and WOT rocking left to right and walked out of it mud slinging everywhere
  20. Quicksands kick ass. ...but I'd hate to hear that you end up w/ the same problem later. Take a look at the bottom of your stem, when you turn left and right (get the wheels off the ground) the stem should stop on a tab to prohibit the steering from go too far. if that tab is not stopping the stem from turning too much you can take a rod and punch the tab back where it belongs. another problem may be that your tie rods where not longer to adjust to your +2 arms -but you would of figured that one out quick. Check that tab -just a guess but worth checking into.
  21. I had the money in hand and ready to order trpls but the owner of the local cycle shop talked me into ordering the doulbles w/ rezzies. He said unless your jumping at a pro level save some money- well he was right and nice to be honest instead of taking my money. I haven't had anything but works and love them. I can only imagine how kickass some other shocks would be since works is said to be at the lowest.-but far above stock! make sure you get a shock set-up to your weight and type of riding. and unless you ride naked like me don't forget to add some extra lbs to your weight. Hope this advice atleast saves you alittle money.
  22. Just slapped a new set of wheels/tires on the back to try out @ our local gravel pit to see if I gain alittle from sheddin' some weight . My Spider tracs have pulled me out of the nastiest mud holes so I'm keepin' 'em in case I don't like these. Has anyone had any experince w/ this set-up in mud.
  23. Where's NYUK when you need him.
  24. Driving fast in rush hour traffic. Use 'em with drywall stilts. Wear in to a wedding. Tight rope walking. ...Maybe just wearing them around the house when you can't ride is the best.
