NEVER SATISFIED

ok so i found out that my plug was runnin way to hot since i advanced my timing it bumped it up to 100deg C more... thats not good here's what i found If the tip temperature is higher than 850

anyone know how this occurs... plug has been in the bike for about 3 rides.. 4 hours each ride.. went to the dunes this past weekend and rode it one day and pulled my plugs just to check them and noticed on the electrode that there seemed to be a blister type circle at the top on the electrode(well the white partof the plug). my plugs are light chocolate brown and it ran like fine.. this a bad thing?

airscrew turn in to richen and out to lean it.. i have smaller pilots then i need on my bike just so i know it will rev out faster.

what color are those plugs anyways... should be a chocolate brown color...

jettin does sound real rich.... also if you have a degree changer that will also conflict with that cdi ... i believe the cdi also advances and retards timing. i have about the same setup cept for the carbs and if my mains are around 410 and pilot at 30 i'd say drop those jets bout 5 sizes and see what she does... i almost went with some 34's and the jetting wasnt that high on them to tune. pm sredish... he has had this setup and ran races on it no prob.
