  1. The company that I work for contributes $4.00 per hour that I work over and above my wages, plus I add another $2.00 per hour that is taken out before taxes. The nice thing is that i can juggle mine around, so Ihave about 10-15% in high risk, 10-15% in medium risk, and 70% in stable/secure markets.
  2. What color and how much ya asking?? Thanks
  3. I'm sure if you contact them, and explain the problem, that they will stand behind their product, and if not, mail it to me, and I will throw it through their front door for ya..LOL
  4. I feel for ya, I got taken last year by a guy the had near perfect feedback, then the day that I won his auction he had like15 negative feed back remarks left, I ended taking it up the a$$ for 2 bills. Hope you get your funds back...
  5. I was wondering if anyone has tried any of the ATV platics from Laker Custom. I hear they are supposed to be as high quality as Full Bores, but not near the price. Has anyone tried them?? here's their website link: Laker Custom Atv Plastics Thanks for any input
  6. Are you to far out for microwave, or is it even available in your area. For a couple of years, I had it, and it worked really well, and was only about $30.00 a month with a 1 year minimum
  7. I am curious why you would need an extra electricla box? I am also an electrician, and can say that you would only need a new brkr box if you are using the old screw in fuses or just out of room in your current brkr box. I could also possibly understand the issue of trying to use a commercial unit in a shop, because most of thee ones that I have hooked up are either 208v 3 phase @ 50 amps, or 480v 3 phase @ 30 amps
  8. I'll tryo to get a pic posted be fore we head over
  9. I'll have a blue banshee with a white and red seat. Probably be with a bunch on their craptors.....
  10. you have a PM
  11. I'll probably get flamed for this, but here goes. I'm all for them passing these no drinking laws. Yes, most people are mature enough to know not to hop on there bike after pounding down a six or twelve pack, but then again these laws aren't for those of us that are responsible enough to make these judgement calls. Remember it's the few that ruin it for the many. Just like them imposing new fees in riding area because they have to pick up litter. Anyways, most people wouldn't drink and drive on the road because of the liability and penalties, So what's the difference. Don't get me wrong, I'm not some goody-to-shoes but I'm with dune girl, " I'm glad that I haven't hurt anyone else or myself over some of the stipid things I've done in the past"
  12. we are headed there the 18-24 of june for our first time. you might want to check what's available for accomodations. I'm not sure wether you camp or motel it, but the campground we are staying at is filling up fast. full kookups are already gone
  13. I love them. I think I had too much wheel spin before. I was over at the dunes a couple of weeks ago, and I think I was giving away alot of traction if that makes any sense.
  14. I would check the size of the taper. Be realy carefull of the type of reamer you buy. We use them at work, and buy them from Greenlee/Lenox/Milwuakie, and we call them Step bits. Some of them don't allowe much room between the increments of sizes, and it can be hard to drill through very thick metal> Here is a link to a site that lists several type of step bits Click on the link, then go to page 41 http://198.247.193.8/wwwroot/greenlee/holemaking.pdf Here a photo of a few
  15. Send it directly to holyman, and do not delay. I must say that it's one of the best mods I have had done tomy bike. I don't know what he's charging now, but it's worth the money. to holyman
  16. We have plans to be there June 18-24. Let us know how the weather is when you get back.....
  17. Do you or anyone else have any photos of this conversion???
  18. I'll definitely get in touch with CEJ about his conversion. I was kind of leaning towards possibly a quicksand swing arm, especially since when I get our taxes back, I also want to invest in some of their a-arms, but I am always open to suggestions..
  19. My Shee currently has an extended stock swingarm with the stock carrier and adjusters. What I am wondring is the Roundhouse carrier that much better/easier too adjust. I haven't dealt with one, and am looking for some of your opinions, since I am considering upgrading. Also do you guys prefer the round tubing swingarms, or the square tubing ones?? Which ones are stronger? thanks for any input..
  20. I've have used a heat gun, Just have to keep it moving so you don't burn anything
  21. I have no problem having a few brews by the fire after a guy is done riding. what I am against is #1 the idiots that kick back a few beers, ie; a six pack or two then go out for a little afternoon ride, and #2 those people that find it necessary to bury their empty's/trash in the sand, or just be lazy and throw them wherever. This sport has it's own risks, and is inherintly dangerous, without adding peoples poor judgemnet due to the effects alcohol. As someone asked, Yes if my kid was hurt by a drunk, first I would make sure my kid was ok, then I would make sure the drunk wasn't!!!! If you would have of read the entire post you would of realized that I was talking about $40.00 for 2 nights, not just 1 night..........
  22. All I'm going to say is that he might have a few bumps and bruises that weren't caused by the accident
  23. First off, It's not just the enviromentalists, and I'm not saying that it's because of you guys, but have you been out there after a busy weekend. I persoanally hate running over all of the empties that the drunk morons bury in the sand and the trash that they leave behind. I'm all for some accountability, and besides, I don't know of any motels that you can rent for $39.50 a weekend. ($9.00 reservation fee, 2 nights $20.00, plus an off road permit $10.50) Plus the fact that most of the motels don't even have lots big enough to handle a truck and trailer. Anyways, if you are just out there to get drunk, I would prefer you stayed in a motel, it would make the dunes a safer place.
  24. I've got my T-5's ceramic coated, and they have held up really well...I would of prefered chrome, but when I got the bike they were black and peeling badly
  25. Cheap isn't always a good thing whenlooking for someone to chrome your parts. I would recommend asking someone that belongs to some of the old time car groups they seem to know who to stay away from. Also look for repeat customers, as long as it's not the same part..LOL
