Ok guys, here's my brain fart, my Bike is jetted for sea level, 60-70 degrees. In a couple weeks , I am going to be riding at 5500' above sea level and about 20-30 degrees.I am thinking that I should jet down for the altitude, but come back up a bit for the cold weather. any help would be appreciated.......

Well, I've been in the union for almost 10 years now, and I have only had about 6 months off. I have currently been with the shop that I am at now for almost 5 years, and the only time that I get off is the time that I request.

What he forgot in those steps, is that when you dump the bike, and it floods, repeat the steps over and over until near exhaustion. Atleast that was how my '01 xr650r was. I now know why they called it the BRP(Big Red Pig)

I can't speak about there new shocks, but they reworked my stock shock to fit my weight and riding style, and what a difference. if they can work that kind of magic with just rebuilding a shock, think what they can do with a new one..

Never tried the nylon ones, but we always use the copper ones for the refrigeration seals that we work on

I am looking to hear from a few of you felllow HQ members that have the single carb set-up, I am currently running dual pwk 28's. I like the idea and ease of the single carb but, is it really that good. Is there really the bottom end gain that everyone seems to rave about?? Also do you recommend going with the 33 or the 35 mm single carb. I am looking for any input both good and bad. thanks, Dan

I have had both the trail tech computer, and the rhino 120 GPS, the Rhino is the only one that still has a mount on my handle bars. I was out riding on a rainy day, and my trail tech computer crapped out on me. My Rhino has never failed me, plus I can call my buddies and find out where they are when we get seperated, and I can find my way home. Rhino yes, trail tech no... Just my $02
