1 1/8 inch is a tiny bit of a sloppy fit but if it isnt in there incredibly tight then it will work the metric size i think is 32MM but dont quite recall for sure i used the inch and an eighth myself came out with no fuss at all

well a few things to look for in a mustang the body itself is known to be weak and crack prone in several areas and if any of the cars are anywhere near you i would be looking them over with a fine toothed comb..........afterall guys around pekin are known to run the fuck out of them check the floor pans right under the seats towards the rear seat mounting area the floor pan itself is known to crack and split the torque boxes are known to crack after holeshots are pulled a cracked torque box if you listen closely will crack and pop as you turn into a driveway i cant really think of any other major trouble areas on them you will be abel to tell fi it had been wrecked at all by looking for hte bar code tags on each of the body panels they all have them the front bumper cover the fenders doors and trunk lid and yeah the trunk lid lip is known to rust out severely try to avoid the automatic trans in a used mustang as they can be trouble and are very expensive to rebuild oh and a stick shift car will grind when you put it into reverse..........they all do just put it into OD and then into reverse and that wont happen and be sure to look for broken door handles and sloppy door hinge pins the doors are known to sag you will be able to tell by all the extra wind noise in the car if the door has sagged much i had a stang wtih a torque box split on it .............it only had a built up four cylinder in it ..........my that little shit would run

yeah they put loctite on those little boogers from the factory and then the AL to steel corosion takes place and makes it darn need impossible

yeah the last i read planetsand has been awhile but i remeber him busting ass big time to do a lot of his special drag frames i think only 3 people total in that shop he evan had the lovely secretary out in the shop notching tubes for those frames

i had a play port put on my jugs by him i hadnt used them yet to knwo just how well it is but i am still very tempted to go for his ply/race port overall they are a great shop to deal with jennifer answers the phones and all that good stuff as well as get messy int he shop from time to time................yes a hottie who can notch chromoly tubing but she kept me very well informed and let me knwo they recieved my parts and when dave was expected to start on them, then let me know when he started and when it was all done.........i was very pleased with the service end of the business dave himself does ALL of the porting not whoever is handy like at many different shops

the honda pattern is 110mm and the yamaha is 115mm can drill a second set of holes as well

i do believe that an off the shelf automotive one will fit just fine i know the cap on my mojave i had was the same size as my pickup

it suffers from so damned much overplay on the radio that it is quickly getting old though.....................
