Did you do a leak down test when you put it back together? I've also seen heads not sealed properly where it doesnt allow water into the cylinder but will allow pressure to build in the cooling system and blow coolant out.

I'm pretty sure those are TDR reeds. If they aren't they are the same style. TDR reeds are a single pedal design and usually cut in the corner just like those. TDR makes good reeds. You can find replacement pedals at the link below. http://www.ctracing.com/carbs%20&%20reeds.htm

Have a set of trailtech lights. They mount in the stock light location. Chrome has slight pitting. I also wired the stock light connectors on them. So you just plug them in and your ready to go. They are low beam only, so if you turn the light to high they turn off. Pretty standard for all aftermarket lights. They are 35 watt halogen. 90 shipped.
