the carbs came from Carb Parts, but I've had them for years. I used to run a JJH needle with pc's now that i have built it up i switched to N68A needles and now those needles don't work with my porting.

I've had the carbs for years. Mine came with JJH needles in them. On a stock port bike with only carbs and pyramids your supposed to use N68A needles. Those needles just don't work with Patriot Racings port work.

i've tired every main i own. 150-170 i can't get the damn needle adjust out. right now i have 48 pilot and 158 main and needle on the 4th clip. I spent all day screwing with it and it won't run for shit. every plug chop showed it running lean as hell, i think i have to get different needles.

if he paid $1800 for 28mm kiehins, i got some badass ocean front property to sell'em in Kansas City.

I'm having hella trouble tryin to get my bike jetted. The only thing I can figure out is that my needles are wrong. I'm just trying to figure out what needles everybody that has 28 & 30mm carbs are using. Right now I have N68A needles and they don't work with my port work. Dan @ Patriot has been to busy gettin bikes ready for memorial weekend. I'm running is full mx port and I can't figure out the damn jetting to save my life. I've tried every clip on the needle, 48,50,52 pilot and still can't get shit outta it. I got the pilot dialed on a 48 but once i get past 1/4 throttle it just falls on it's damn face and boogs real bad, and never cleans out.

I've raced DR national motors for years. Loren will break one off in you, and if you send them your motor you can bet they'll have it for at least 7-9 weeks. If you want a mx motor there's other builders that do just as good. Check out Passion RE or Patriot Racing. I have a Patriot motor now and it's strong than my national motor ever was and I'm running smaller carbs unlike DR's gas guzzlers that have to run with big carbs. remeber when you hit the dirt try to roll, your body will thank you!!!!! the 180's hold up well, but the 360's last longer because there made with different material (heavier duty). i got LBZ riding pants that are 5 yrs old, faded like hell but no holes. I've to a couple pairs of snap off free ride pants from fox and have had no problems, there gear is good just there to main stream now for me.

you slide on the pants if your in dirt. i haven't tore up any pants yet, but you still get some "road rash" under the pants. The 360's are more "heavy duty" than the 180's. Ride with what you can afford. The air frame is good, it's adjustable for your body size. I've personally been running the thor chest protectors for years. Check out the product review section for the chest protector post. my cheap ass .02's.

hope this helps since i can't seem to find the digi camera. I made my fuel line 3 in. long which goes into my fuel filter, after the filter is a 1 1/4 in. line that goes into my brass T. From the T my fuel lines are about 3 inches long apiece, and now i don't have an air bubble in either line.

did you adjust the air screw, what is the carb set up with jet wise. we all can help you get it straight, what's your elevation.

what "pro rider", i still stay in touch with a bunch of pros from the nats. Just post a pic when you get some I might buy one. When I raced I when through stabilizers left and right. I might just have to come off the hip and get the scotts like Duece has.

Can you get a rebuildable one??? Is it the "denton racing" type, or like the shitty pep ones. I would really like to get a rebuildable one.

i already got a patriot motor, i don't think i need another mx bike. my garage isn't big enough. i can't get rid of my fitty's, espically the wives.

have her grab the handle bars and bend over, balence the bike and make vroom vroom sounds as she rips the grips off of it the wife just read it and she said were using yours not mine
