  1. easy!
  2. the cutaway number changes when the dump tube and the slow jet start to come into the picture. i believe there is a chart on sudco's site
  3. ha
  4. shouldnt a 38mm cable work with billet or modded throttle. id think ebay or maybe fast racing would have one. make the call!
  5. here ya go. http://www.jiminglese.com/ anything else is just bs
  6. unless you have an 06 with very low hours your crank is probably toast.. recently with all the junk ass crap floating around i like to just rebuild OEM's with nice bearings and hot rods rods.
  7. oooo that sucks you will have to do each wheel one at a time.
  8. thats funny right there. 3 plugged holes then plug the ear's make's em airtight didnt ya know? i rember seeing a few 8 cyls with 8 stacks sticking out of them. pretty damn cool
  9. be careful riding in spots that yoru not familiar with. wear your saftey gear and above all dont ride above your means to "look cool" that does look like a nice place to ride.
  10. trade it all in to me!
  11. black wheels with yellow hubs with gold flake clear.. its nice color combo. cut out the front hubs makes it even better. use silver lug nuts. if you do stock front wheels blow them out really well the rolled lip likes to hold blast media bad.
  12. import grey. i have seen the "motoseal" but its 2 bucks more than import grey ( hondabond) i have ran that on every motor i have built in the last 13 years. its great stuff never a failure plus does not cost 25 bucks like that 111212112221212121 crap yamabond black and grey are both stringy and slopy crap compared to the import ( honda style ) sealer.
  13. rings stuck from sitting so long, something in the exhaust port plugging that up. reeds stuck closed from sitting so long. use starting fluid, take the airbox off and hold throttle wide open, use a blow gun and shoot air down the carbs use fresh plugs. if it backfires and blows up your shop too bad if you have strong blue spark at .22 your cdi is not bad.
  14. nice poster!. i still have my first banshee it was an 87.. going to be redoing it very soon. its not going to look anything like that.
  15. try it in the sand with good paddles. not gecko's in all reality the bonestock banshee made power in very low rpm's. (3500-7500) its closer to a boring 4 stroke than a built banshee with power in the upper rpm's.. ( 7500-11,000) or serval with around (5500-9000 rpm) thats probably the main difference you are "feeling".
  16. this is pretty simple... in my pipe dabbling findings simply put the serval needs a pipe suited for its particular build. most "shelf pipes ( fmf t-5 t-6 dmc etc) are designed for a smaller flange motor. pipe design revolves around flange diameter a LOT. the cub/ serval has a much larger inn dia flange than the stock banshee cylinder. the cylinder as stated above flows way more than a stock banshee cylinder, has more capacity that a stock banshee cyl and is also more of a heat monger unlike a stock banshee cylinder. soooooo NO pipe will work EXCEPT the ones designed for those types of motors. only thing commercially available is the "drag pipes" most are designed with either a ported stock cylinder ( larger inside dia on flange) OR the cub with its larger inner dia. BUT those pipes are also built around a 7500-11,000 rpm range. not 2500-8500rpm range as the serval is intended. so in my humble opinion the "best" pipe for a serval is not available yet. price aside the best comercially is the sniper ( i dont care about the bullshit) NEXT is the shear. those are the only 2 pipes besides custom built i would personally run on a serval build. just my opinion take it for what it is free opinion, based on experience
  17. i have a lot of fun. no ass kissing involved. not sure what the hell you other's do besides watch sports and sit in your clean a/c house? i like to get out ride and have a good time with my friends. dosent mean i'm bangn' them in the ass back behind your camper or sucking up to some dude? WTF people?? i mean really>>??
  18. they are worth a shot for 150 bucks.
  19. just ask matt quickindasack to borrow his. his is such a baller shouldnt be nothin for him to send it this way. we promise to keep our hillbilly hands off of it..
  20. what brand do they say they are? i'm guessing cpi big bore or power pro's.. either are ok. but for a lil bit o cash you can drop on a set of shear's,
  21. DO A LEAKDOWN TEST!!!!!!!!!!!! just shitting in the wind gets you nothing but crap back on your ass
  22. have you ever ran any other pipe pn the same motor?? hard to compare pipes if you have only ran one. t-6 in my opinion is an excellent trail pipe, with proper motor build they are brutal "rider" pipes. but they like some funky porting.
  23. i dont ask off from work. i let them know i wont be there
  24. ok.. i'm really trying to understand this. from what i gather a dirt bike with a snow track on it? really why not just use a big ktm 4 stroke.... i think your wasting your time.. with a 4 mill jacked up porting and a screwed up 2-1 pipe and 2-1 carb i think you would be less than stock hp and tq ratings. thats around 40hpish not nearly enough to turn a track setup. you need TQ me thinkks
