no more wheelies!!! i have a cromoly super light weight drag +14 swingarm with the billet 40mm drag axle carrier to sell... 450+ shipp. in kansas i have whooped up on this and its held up great i am only selling to buy an alluminum lsr.. hard painted blue and has chips on the side from chain flying off... i can sand blast it maybe.? if needed call me at 620 474 1864.. or e-mail [email protected]..

tusk clutch is very good for the $$$ my bud ran one on his tt 4 mil and it held up nicely..

ohh the parking brake and the torrs are seperate i believe. for how it works. the crappy torrs is like your back seat driver. if one of the throttles sticks W>T>F>OPEN it limits the rpm. it senses this throught the switches if one switch is open in the carb top an the throttle switch is closed wala no more throttle in my opinion yamaha was so scared of 2 carbs on an atv. that they reverse enginered this little disaster. the parking brake cluthc reverse do dad tells the cdi if you have the parking brake on or not not letting you ride the crap out of the bikle and wonder why it wont move. if you are smart you would remove THE ENTIRE harness cut the light wiring out of it and move the cdi to under the tank move the regulator up there also and just plug the stator straight into the cdi. you have to remake a lot of the wiring and my best tip for this is ground everything. the coil gronds to the frame! the key on is a ground signal! ... this cleans up a TON of crap. you can also move the overflow tank up to the front also. and remove all the stinky wiring / hoses from under the seat. i could post pics as i just did this on my trail ride. but they are alwasy tooo big?

i have an ohton head uses stock studs, has 17cc domes that are pitted up a bit and o-rings. 175.00? i would recomend new domes..

i will take them if he dosent want to mess with them i will pay the shipping! stock parts you can do great things with. jet it right change your oil mix. go out and teach yourself how to ride it. try different shift points dont drop your gearing it may "feel" faster but you will shift a LOT the more you shift the more time it takes tooo shhhiifffttt.. boyesen reeds in modded cages work nice. you can get +5 out of the stock plate. i jsut did a bike ported it myself, fmf's and all the other stuff that was mentioned. it picked up 8 lengths. i 'd like to sell it now. ??

ohhh. pro circuits have the LONGEST powerband available. they pull hard from bottom to top. the pts are a JOKE! they dont burn your legs yea. but the pro's will pull harder and revv for a long time. the pt's will drop after about 8500 jsut where your banshee starts to make its power... if your cylinders are stock too get p.c's and then have a mild port done nice easy trail/econo port like a 190 d exhaust and 70% width window, stock transfers, boost ports and a good set of reeds and you will out pull those pts anyday... hmmm

holy cow! if it was me i would also highly consider selling it and tradeing for another... if you think you will get a 450 for it i dont even think so! BUT i do have a set of stock no torrs carbs w k+n filters and a set of fmf fattys pipe and silencer. these will help the bottom end and i would also definetely absolutely go back to stock gearing!!!! that 16 is killing you must feel like 5th gear on the start. also no matter what go to a set of kenda klaw 20 fronts and 20-11-9 rears this set up will hook better and let the bike turn.. you are a far ways off for a mx bike.. let me know if i can help oh and buy the way. in 1999 and 2000 the 2 banshee's i built for mx finished 1st and 2nd in the state mx races here in kansas. i had many top 1, 2, 3 wins on these bikes... so yes i know what i am talking about..

lectrons are the best alky carbs you can set them rich and step down untill the bike runs it is almost impossible to get it to blow up from too lean on alky with lectrons. you HAVE TO HAVE TO get the correct needle or metering rod with the right rod yuo can tune a bike ON THE TRAIL with a needle nose and a flat head thats it! NO SCREWS ont he bowl to loose. no mess of jets no screwing with this and that.. if you drag race i dont blip the trottle in the middle of a run.. its WTF open all the way till you win!.. the jetting dosent have to be exactilly absolutely down to the corrrect numbers anyways.. you can be a little off. i absoultley feel the onlyt thing that can jet itself correct 95% of the time is fuel injection with the PROPER feedback. mostly only cars.. -

ohhhh here we go again its simple: 350 motor best pipe IS!!!!! TRAIL = STOCK YES STOCK stockers wont burn your legs, make really good bottom and mid pull. clean up the porting and add boyesen reeds and it will run forever! OR p.t. mids they suck but hey? MX SELL YOUR BANSHEE AND BUY A 400EX. 250R OR SIMILAR 4 STROKE! yes i said it banshee's stink in mx they are fast but COME ON they are not built to jump or steer in any way shape of form.. yes i have rode both. FAST TRAIL= fmf's OR preferably pro circuit.. the p.c's WILL out revv the fmf's buy quite a bit. DUNES, NOT MUCH DRAGGIN= EASY PORTING+ procircuits yes i also said it. just rember everybody has t-5's DO NOT BUY THE T-6"s DRAGGIN= cpi/ heavy mid hit turns off early. but not to early YOU HAVE TO PORT TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THESE!! SHEARER hard hitters and pull 4 ever! BUT if you miss a shift YOU will notice a drop off!!! OR grr if you want out framers... cpi, shearer in draggin I REALLY THINK IT IS THE OTHER STUFF YOU DO THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. IF YOUR CLUTCH SLIPS IT DOSEN'T MATTER WHAT PPES YOU HAVE.. IF YOUR FRAME STINKS AGAIN SAME THING. IF YOUR BIKE IS SUPER RICH AGAIN,, TADA YOU WILL GET BEAT BUY THE GUY WHOSE BIKE RUNS BETTER!

i have an 81 regal w 4 pump 8 battery hydo set up, has a 350 chevy in it and full top dual exhaust edelbrock valve covers, carb and weiland intake, runs good and looks good i would trade it for just about any sport 4 wheeler!!! 400ex, raptor 250r !!!!!!whatever!!!!!!!!, i dont have room for it anymore and need to sell it, trade it off. pm me for pics [email protected]

UPDATE-----------UPDATE----------- i rode it last weekend and it just didnt want to run right i yanked the motor out and found a leaking crank seal. i replaced all the gaskets, seals, and went ahead and ported the motor, this porting would be good for draggs, tt, or dunes fast trail riding. it really screams now! i ALSO have a +6 swinger and trinity/wicked silenced same side drag pipes i would throw in for an extra 500. 3500 w all parts on it now and parts to drag it out. let me know if you want pics!! i can take as many as you need. motor has hinson basket barnet clutch stock stroke new hot rods crank about 12 hrs on top end! new gaskets, sseal and runs very good simplified electronics with cdi, regulator up under tank very clean no wires and hoses all over the place, still looks bone stock. outruns 450's! w pipes, and out ran a 727 raptor today that i built.. will deliver witih reason!!! i need to sell it offers? i have a 1998 banshee that i would like to sell. it is stock int he motor has milled head and rebuilt top end with about 12 hrs max on it. the frame is stock stock arms , swingarm and such, has fmf pipes and torrs removed, k+n filters ported reed cages and boyesen reeds, nerf bars and a ac front bumper it is in average shape scratch here and there but not beat up. runs good and has been really dependable runs every time. great starter bike! has a few billet things as well. alluminum handle bars, billet clamp, gas cap. i will deliver for gas and i can drive about a days worth ( day to you and day to me..) i live in hutchinson kansas and you can come buy and look at it anytime.. i want to sell it to finish my 350 drag bike.. it wont let me load the pics it is black and yellow. e-mail or pm me if you want pics?

i can rebuild it but it is not cheap to do it right needs new seal and new oil and re/nitro'ed might be easier to look on e-bay and buy a used one i think it would be about 125-200 depending on what all is wrong w it.. e-mail [email protected]

dmc's do sound better than t stinky's ihave never been beat w any bike that had t-5's on it or t-sucks if you want something that rips in the sand and you like to rev buy cpi's if you dont want to loose the bottom from the stockers get PSI's if you want to keep the bottom and want the top as well get PRO CIRCUIT's thats what i think from personal experience!!

atv and motorcycle mechanic currently out of work and looking for a shop to work at know banshee's in and out, as well as any sport 4 wheeler and most dirt/street bikes currently working out of the garage on little piddly stuff and some porting work.. anyone know of a job in central kansas area??? -
a 69mm wouldnt be a 420 unless it had a +4 stroke crank and what pistons are they or do you know blaster sizing only goes to 68.25 and after that jumps to 72mm

sst's on a ported ban that i know rev's to 13,500!!! (egt?verified)on a circle track was last clocked at around 100mph on a half mile it runs sweet 16/40 gearing w 20"tires!!! also this is tru you need the pipes that best match your type of riding if you do just trails or tight mx style riding with a lot of moving on the bike i would say paulturners but beware they wont rev like other pipes, fmf's are great all around pipe but i feel the pro's are a little bit better for high speed trail and draggging full dragging and play hill shooting are better for mod motors and cpi or similar inframe drag pipes also full dragging i would say outside drag pipes are the best.. just my opinon???

yep i have had v-force and did flow a set of stockers i had lying around and put on boyesen 2-stage reeds i did not really notice a difference between the 2 and the stockers were a lot cheaper!! and have the crank trued up and welded the truing will center the webbs and help it spin up faster and the lightened flywheel is great but you may not like it for trails?? may take a while to get used to but all those are great low cost mods id like to know who does stock carb boring i believe they can go to 28mm or so??

hey i think that i have a set of those old school fattys they had these weird azz silencers that had solid rear section w/no end cap i sold the silencers w/ a set of paul turners i had and got a set of used turbine core 1's and yea they feel like they rev'd out about as long as my pro circuits and talk about fun waxing guys w t-6--650 dollar pipes with these old azz well designed fmf's!!!!!! hell i even got a few cpi bikes (but they didnt have any port work though so no problem) i am trying to get about 160 for them... cheap pipes/used is a good way to get a set and see what you like w/out spending a lot o $$$$
