    You dont have to use the lockup the cover is modded like that so it will fit in.

    pipes, air fileter and have your head shaved and timing mod. you could find all that on here for less than $400.

    You wont need to change because you had your cylinders bored, You will need to adjust for the temp change. A size or 2 should be plenty.

    Is it the one that covers the entire swingarm? If so I used to have one of those and it was a tuff SOB.

    You will have to have aluminum sleeves installed in you stock cylinders to have them plated, It cant be done on steel sleves.
