I have some good experience with the Hydrodynamics company and they have always put out a good product. That said I think there are better arms for the money. Their shocks are a different topic and i feel that they are behind some of the competitors in their technology. Hope this helps.

Yea they aren't very customer oriented but we have done a lot of business with them and they always do a good job. Your better off going in there and talking to them. A mexican guy owns the shop but i don't think he is there much. They use good quality powder though. For a regular color it shouldn't be more than about 170 bucks or so. Hope this helps. Pete

Yea U can do it, I've seen one of Richards ATV's drag 4mil bikes run a single carb on meth. He was only running a 38 or 39 can't remember exactly but u got it no problem.

My group of friends and I have done a lot of business with Valley Powdercoating on old highway 8 in lakeside. We've always been happy with the outcome and turn around time is about 2 weeks usually. They aren't super helpful but always do good work. Last frame i did was in the summer of 2004. It cost me $200 bucks for a red powdercoat with silver flake.

Its a mild dune port with a stock carb esr trx 6 pipe and no airbox. I'm at 54 main, i think, i thought it was rich but its what it needed for the woods pipe. I'm at a 165 main i believe so i figured for the 38mm carb a 180 might be close. The pilot is a complete guess at this point. But this is for west coast jetting, which i'm sure most of the people who have jetted for both know its a whole different ball game. I'm jetted for sea level around 80 degrees, just to give a baseline. Hope it helps. Pete

I would start with a 54 pilot and a 180 main and work you way down, its a guess based off what my r is jetted at.

Ok i'll take a stab at it but i doubt i will puncture anything, does the car have a crank position sensor? That could be a problem, also i know with my 4.0 jeep it will start doin that shit until i spray some carb cleaner in one of the electrical connections.

Yea they cost that much but its not a clutch insert its the whole cover including the water pump housing cover everything

Depends on what your gearing is i run a 14/40 and use about 118 links i think, just get a 120 and cut it.

I've seen a few bikes where the plugs will randomly back out. Ive seen a couple of completely stock bikes do it and one modded. Neither were detonating or running lean. I just think some heads have the problem for some reason. If it keeps happening buy a plug lock from trinity its like 20 bucks and solves the problem.
