giver her lots of light coats, then throw them on the shee and run them, never had any problems doing that on the quads and on headers for the vehicles, works great! Aks ideas a good one to, never tried it myself but painting them and running them seems to work fine. Cody

also had race gas throw me for a loop to, at 175 mains i still couldnt get a 2mm smoke ring, also had air leak on right side with no signs of it on the plug. Me and my buddy were both having the same problems trying to dial it in on the race gas, (110 octane) Cody

what kinda pistons. Wiseco pro lites have little tabs in the ring lands that locate the gap, you will have a hell of time gettin the cylinder to slide over if the gap isnt positined right! Cody

you are correct, a plug chop isnt going to do shit for you. Are you using the choke when you try and start it, have you ruled out possible airleaks? Specs on motor please! Cody

Nothing new here, my passion 12 port has these boost ports (boysean ports) cut in them, and matching holes machiend into the liner, then jim had to tig weld the cylinders at booth rear areas on the outside of the cylinders. Cody

I dont think the white is a bad idea, just the fact that the white grips will turn black, the seat will get nasty real quick, and the cylinders are also usually a dirty spot. Its up to you, but i think the white will look good, i think if your going to add the white to the scheme then we mines well jsut get rid of the black all together like fast fibers bike up there. But like others have said black and pink looks good (for a girls bike lol just messin). Cody

My billet tusk mounts there and so does the girls, and they go right over the nuetral switch cover! Not sure on the tm designs cause ive never ran one, but most savers will go right over the switch cover, at least thats what ive always done and never had any problems. Cody

toomey recommends t5's for motors with porting, and t6's for relatively stock setups. Cody

just wondering why you guys are using a 2 into 1 pipe and why matt shearer decided to even build one when the dynoport fails miserably and anything 2 into 1 on a banshee hurts its performance. Cody

Well said! I am also one to never want to send anything out, and always do work myself, but when it comes to porting i considered it a art, seeing you do your own will encourage others to do the same. Its just hard to find info on this subject and there isnt very many how to port banshee cylinder books out there lol!

never ran t5's or high revs but the girl had a set of pt mids on her bike and they ran damn hard. Also cascade seems to like the pts quite a bit to. But i think for a drag pipe i would ONLY be looking at shearer or cpi. Cody

Ya i am also curious seeings how there is no oil sump on a banshee, and the only protection you crank sees is prelube, i would think that extra ring may inhibit some of the 2 cycle from gettting to the lower end, but im only speculating. The coated skirts are kinda nice though. Cody
