How To Fix Plastics.. Question
txblueshee replied to raggedraider's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Use a heat gun and go slow....not to slow or you'll melt your plastic . Mike -
The only difference is SST has more mid-topend. Have a HAIR more low-end too, basicaly an all-around better pipe. I'm pretty sure that rocky mountain atv is the cheapest(they are on everything else). Mike

Pro Design Tether Kill Swtch
txblueshee replied to SiCkBaNsHeE_990's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Cut your positive wire (orange) that runs into your ignition box(up under right front fender) about 4'' away from were it connects, then strip about 1.5-2'' off each side of the cut positive wire, then strip 2'' off the positive (shorter) teather switch wire, twist all 3 of the positive connections together (or solder), crimp-on butt connecter over the connections, then plug the connection back into the ignition box(after you hook up the ground). Then Take the longer wire(ground),strip about 2''off of it, loosen your right/left (depending on which side you put the teather on) header bracket bolt, place the stripped part behind it and tighten back up. Have any other questions just ask, pm or IM me. Mike -
I'm at the same elevation as da bignasty.....and I run the same domes w/ the same compression. Mike
-
21cc domes will put you at 157psi....good to go on 93. That's the compression I run w/ my 20cc domes. Mike

Damd, I didn't know mods were hated so much. I didn't know that we could delete threads until about 30mins. ago . I have only used my power once and that was to move the "click here if you play outwar" thread. That was the first post about it so I just left it be over to general discussion. I recieved about 10 complaints in 15mins. about the kid spamming outwar in all of the other forums, he was warned repeatedly and showed no signs of stopping. I don't think he's still around. If that sounds like a "power trip" to ya'll then explain to me why, b/c I can't see it. Mike
-
Like they said.. there's been many instances when people come on here spamming when lee can't be here to delete it. Like just recently that guy that was posting "how to improve your sex life" It was on here for a WHILE b/c lee's human and can't be everywhere at one time. But anyways..... We're watching..... WE'RE ALWAYS WATCHING . LMAO Mike

I run 310 mains, 27.5 pilots, air screws 1.5 out, 34:1 yammilube 2-r. I'm at 800ft elevation, K&N w/ pro-flow, fatties w/ pc2 pipes and boyeson reed setup. Mike
-
I don't think my engine would fire w/ 24:1 ... I run yamalube 2-r @ 34:1 in the summer... 36:1 in the winter. Mike
-
I should've explained myself more.... The V-force reeds do show an improvment but not 200$ worth, you can take that 200$ and have your head shaved, get your reed cages ported and buy some aftermarket reeds(tdr, boyeson, v-force). That will show A LOT!! more of an improvment than 200$ on the reed setup alone, you will have some $$$ left over for oil&pushaline. Mike

I got the dg beer rack and fmf pipe setup. My silencers are a WAYS from the ground. I'm sure the PRM would fix it though. Fro, The shortened swingarm makes it to were your grab bar hits at a different angle( more towards the underside) so I see were the silencers would scrape w/a stock grab bar. Mike
-
bignasty, If you have a problem w/ someone please report them to a mod via pm or e-mail instead of starting a new thread about it. Prope action is transpiring as of right now. Mike
-
Your ground could've came loose on the killl switch......I'd check that real good(p.s. always check the easy stuff b4 you spend 300$ on something that's an easy fix). Mike
-
LMAO..... Word!!!!! Mike
-
.190's are the strongest you can get b4 race/beadlock rims. Worth the extra 10$. EDIT: False statement on my part. Mike
-
You would get more replys if this was posted in the repairs/mods forum (for future reference this forum is just for reviews of a product that YOU bought). Anyways... they do not perform on par w/ the price that you pay for them. Better off going w/ ported stock reed cages w/ tdr reeds. Mike
