Traveling 5 states north, east, west ( I'M HITTING UP SOME DUNES!!!!). That might not be pocket change to you big money hustlers but it's kick ass for me being not being 2 years out a high school. My 'shee is gonna be PHAT!! In a couple months . Mike

  10. Keep in mind this whole post is just mainly about a handfull people (to be kept confidential).... I don't have 1 singal problem w/ newbies.... hell I just joined here last april. I had experience on atv connection for 2 years prior to that though so I new somewhat how to work this forum. The only thing that quirks me is when people are warned, asked, told, helped, etc.. on how to use the search and to fix there problem and they IGNORE IT. That makes my skin crawl, when someone goes out of there way to help the newbie and they just ignore it and post the SAME question in a different category . I don't mind someone slipping up and posting something in the wrong category or posting when the question was asked not 3-4 days prior. As long as it's not a REPEATED thing..... that's when it becomes a blatant sign of ingnorancy or just plain disobedience. Everyone makes mistakes... shit happens, that's how you learn. There's a few that just don't seem to be learning. PHEW... I feel better now. Mike
  11. Don't touch anything on the bike... and just let it thaw out and keep your fingers crossed . Mike
  12. 97redshee, Those are VERY impressive numbers.... BTW What kinda fuel you running in that beast?? Mike
  13. With my mods, when I had my 'shee pinned on the road the dumbo ears would make the front end left up and swerve side to side. I hacked them off.. it looks better, front end is a tad lighter and my front end doesn't get squirly at 85mph. Mike
  14. My buddie has one on his 460... we stood the truck up damd near on the tailgate and it stayed running. I also have a holley 670 STREET avenger on my 350 camino... really good carb. Elec. choke hasn't let me down yet. Mike
  15. if you got the cash go w/ the sst's...... but I would go w/ the ptr-mids Mike
  16. Hmmm... I have the delete button . I think a delete feature for the normal members would be a good idea....... I've never needed to use it though but It would be nice if someone accidently double posted. Mike
  17. Broke, I think those little cones on the front of your cylinders have a LITTLE bit to do w/ the powerband . Mike
  18. Have ya'll seen paris's video ????? Mike
  19. ..... What kind of question is this... does it still run?? The left one had more fuel b/c it's closest to the petcock. The other fuel had run out so that's why it stopped running. In all my years of quad questions... never heard of this . Mike
  20. Your floats got dry or it is hung. Take the handle of a heft screwdriver and beat on the carb bowl. Mine did it after a rebuild. Mike
  21. I imagine the combination of the spikes and the -2 riding on ice will give you hook like concrete. Mike
  22. Jim, Not a problem at all....BTW that is a damd pretty arm. Diablo, Whatcha gonna do Mike
  23. IMO... I would buy some used elkas, ohlins, axis, etc.. off of flea bay. I picked up my elkas for 312.00 cod to the door, so if they were leaking or busted I could tape them back up and send them back. I guess I was wrong about getting the triple rates... on any other quad they would be great but according to duece and meat(they have forgotten more info than I know) the 'shees a-arm width is to small for the extra spring to work correctly. I was looking at works... it was gonna take damd near 500 bones to buy the shocks I wanted, so I picked up the used elkas and couldn't be happier for the price I paid for them. Mike
