RMATV, Dennis Kirk etc. sell a preload(spanner) wrench hooks into those holes and you just turn it like an oil filter wrench.... Works like a champ.... Mike

As long as you have some knowledge of what your talking about it shouldn't make two shits rather you have the machine or not..
