before u ride it, just put some gas in the tank, turn on the gas, and idk where u r but if its cold open the choke, if not dont, and hold the throttle like a quarter open to get some gas in the carbs, then when it starts let it idle for about 4 mins and let her rip

if ur not good at making ur own numbers, go buy the sticker numbers for number plates for like 3 bucks for a pack of 3 then stick them on a pieve of plastic, cut it out, and zip tie it to ur grill

it could abe normal if u just did a rebuild, after a rebuild take off the radiator cap and let it run for awhile, it'll kick all the air bubbles out and suck the coolent from the resivore like crazy, fill it again and see if it keeps doing it, if it dont it could be that

ive had the same ongoing problem, first i though it was the clutch as the plates were broken where those gears would be, switched it nothing, then i tore apart the bottom end to see if it was te gear forks or drum,nope, i have come to the conclusion that my thing isent grabbing my shit star notches, anyone know why?

cut ur front fenders, def get a aftermarket filter and rejet, u can mill the head off really cheap, lighten a flywheel for pretty cheap, bore the stock carbs for pretty cheap and u could get some aftermarket reeds for pretty cheap, on here boonman does the flywheel lightening and i think the milling head, where about ny are you

you may have a air leak if ur idle screws are adjusted, test for that

yea i used the single filtersetup right though the airbox on mine, think its prodesign but you could buy a aluminum one set up for a single fliter if ur a big spender

i dont think ull be gettin new balljoints on the stockers unless ur gettin new jarms, but on ebay i got a set of bearings for the front and the back for 15 plus shipping

yea its no biggie, everyone has a problem with there shee sometime, waht size carb did you get for the single setup anywa 33, 35?, but check if ur reeds are cracked or flaking, then check ur compression make sure there both about 10 psi within each other, make sure ur filters are clean, new plugs, new gas, and try it out

sounds like a ass end problem!, get a new extended axle most have warrienties for life, ur sprocket keeps popping off, did you put on a lock washer and bend the tab over the sprocket? get a case saver for 20 bucks you'll never have to worry about ur chain braking your case again, most of these parts can be found in a big atv dealer, like www.rockymountainatv.com or www.denniskirk.com and for ur pipes, put them on then go to jetting on here and post wat you should have for a jet, they will tell you and hopefully u can get it dialed in right, then that thing will smoke that rappy!
