it's too damn hot to ride around here.....high of 116 today... Not supposed to get below 110 for the rest of the week. This just might be a good time to plan a trip up north.. I guess it was a sign of detonation...i went from mxing 91 and 100 octane to just 100 and hasnt come out since...

With 700 inches of lift, why didn't this guy bring ramps or a trailor??? that's just stupidy ... I know a few dealers around here have ramps on hand, a couple have loading docks, but still...... I learned my lesson the hard way. I let my brother in law tie down some stuff in my truck...the tie down came loose, one end went under the rear tire, and the other grabbed onto the taillight. Tore the tail light off and left a nice size dent in the rear of the bed. From now on anything that goes in the bed of my truck gets tied down by me... Oh by the way, you didn't happen to find out where this guy got got his 700 inch lift did ya?? that would be just the right hight to fit 33's under my dodge...

Check out the repairs and mods forum. There's a few new posts about plus backing out. Most likely caused by detonation. Before you go buying that trinity "band-aid", i'd do a lil reading..

just leave em hangin..if your really woried about it, i guess electrical tape would do the trick. the removal kit isnt all that hard to do..everything comes with it, so you dont have to go buy a tap or drill bit.... the instructions are easy to follow too....

cleaners - Honda cleaner, Plexis, and Auto Zone's store brand brake parts cleaner. cant go wrong at 99 cents a can. lube - maxima polish - Mothers aluminium and mag polish degreaser- castrol super degreaser < the purple stuff, and maxima chain wax <one hell of a good chain cleaner. coolant- prestone 50/50 no need to mix anymore.

Did he actually hit you, or did u lay it down to avoid hitting him? Did you or anyone on scene get a plate number??....I assume you were taken to the hospital by ambulance..did the police show up on scene? I'd go to the nearest police sub station and talk to someone in person. Youll get better results then just trying to get a hold of someone on the phone....that and talk to a lawyer, see what u can do.... good luck...i know what it's like to go down because of someone elses carelessness.
