Yeah, i was just wondering what the benefit was, if any....i thought i read someting about switching the plug wires. (?) Would you believe that out of the UM-TEEN Home Depots we have here in the valley, no one knows what this stuff is???!!!! I even brought in a sample of the stuff......[shaking head in disgust] (ok so i only went to 3 of them...but.....)

I have an Ohlins steering damper, from my old street bike. Question: Is there anybody on here that could fab up some kind of bracket/clamps so that i can use it on the banshee, or would i be better off(cheaper) just buying a banshee specific damper?

I don't even know where to begin to look.... I'm looking for the post about the plug wire switch and the one where the guy put foam around the outter edge of his radiator... any help pointing me in the right direction, or any info on either one would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I have my carbs off for rejetting right now, but before i put 'em back on i'd like to clean them.. Can i just use carb or brake parts cleaner and spray them (inside and out) or will that hurt them in some way?

This is the set up i believe will work best....tell me if you think this sounds right, or what i need to do different. elevation: 2030 ft riding type: mostly dunes (95%) pipes: FMF fatty w/ pc II's avg. outside temp: 60-80 F This is the set up i came up w/ mains: 320 Pilots :27.5 needles: stock setting air screw: 1 1/2 out If i left anything out, or you think i need to change something, please let me know Thanks...

Yeah good luck man....I was laid up this past summer (4 months) w/ a broken leg...by the 2nd day i was already going crazy from not being able to to ANYTHING!!!... Being waited on was kinda nice though....... good luck!!! let us know how it goes

#1 You gonna start at the bottom from a dead stop? #2 .....A running start at it? #3 incline(grade) #4 What kind of tires(rear) will you be using? #5 does your bike and riding gear match(big factor).... #6 Are there going to be HOT chicks there watching? #6a if so, can i come and watch?? example: my bike(stock) @ Dumont(most climbs) w/ a running start i can get about 1/2 to 3/4 the way up in 3rd, but downshifting to 2nd to finish the climb... Just my experience...others will vary......

I just wanted to say THANKS to everyone involved in getting these Roostfest T-shirts made up, and sent out. I got mine today....Pretty sweet looking! The mock picture on one of the other posts doesn't do it ANY justice... I'll be wearing it tomorrow when i head up to Dumont.....(and probably get me one or 2 more!!) You should just see about trading in the EX, at your local dealer. You're probably not going to get as much for it as you would selling it out right, but.... Hey isn't ALBA out of So Cal????? (if so) By the time you pay shipping and what not, your probably better off just getting one locally.

I have a set of stock tires(no rims) w/ about 90% of the tread on 'em...still has "nippels" on the 2nd from and end row of knobs. and also a set of Holeshots w/ about 80% tread left on em'..They're mounted on the stock rims(no good). One of them has a plug in it from a sidewall puncture..I rode on it like that maybe 5 times till i was able to get new fronts. I have pics of both sets, and will email 'em if you want...pics arnt great(camera phone), but are ok..
