from a stock shee prolly about 3-5 grand... and gear high, just an estimate, ask around or maybe in the performance shops forum they might help ya there

anything done to his bikes? and how good a rider is he?

i would say go with rezzies... jumps are hard on your shocks and rezzies will make them prolong their stiffness and function through out a race

yeah get a hone and a drill and make sure you move at a constant speed back and forth dont stay in one place... and make sure it looks like its criss crossed up the cylinder

i big on car audio.... for metal... get 2 12 inch subs in a sealed enclosure.... from maybe 600 watts... 300 to each...the subs you ask? alpine type r will handel metal well theyre major sound quality.. also Elemental designs are insane subs and it like mad... at good prices too the website for them is edesignaudio.com theyre real plain lookin but its kinda like a sleeper banshee . remeber sealed is tighter than poprted and will reproduce the badass double bass and stuff in metal music.

run those weisco pistons... 795 i think they are called no need for a spacer, theyre specially made for strokers

i'd say do t-5's... lots of power, badass looks and sound and work well with modded motors

CONCLUSION... both quads are fast.... you can MAKE a banshee faster, much faster.... 450 arent given enough credit... it depends a lot on the rider... anything esle?

at 35 bucks a pistons screw it... find somewhere else or order wisecoes for like 50-60 (you get new pistons and rings) bucks a piston and your quad will run better
