i have a set i mounted like efward but i put the feed line for the rezzie forward, the front nose will cover them completly.....heres a pic you probally cant see them.......

well i could post that ive road them and smoked them too but truth is that little prick is right on my ass maybe the guy your racing is a pussie....im draggin pro riders with 450's they are a fast ass bike......

i think all things being the same id go with more horsepower on the track, with tall gearing and lots of ponies, you can pull a little harder, but your suspension and the abilty to ride are going to come in handy, if your neck and neck with the fastest guy having a little more punch than him wont hurt, but a stock motor can get the jump and keep it depends on who's on the bike......for mx i dont feel a great motor will make you faster than the guy who's just a better rider, but you and him in a long straight will just give you another chance at trying to beat him through the whoops to your next double, you back off, he doesnt and he's in front of you again......i know when im not racing my 80+ ponies are sure a blast on the trails, it makes riding a banshee a kick in the pants thats for sure........

what are your motor and chassis mods?.....

id say it was wrong also.....did you calibrate it?......i would think on pavement your not going that fast, unless you have a 16 or better counter sprocket, in sand unless you have a 13 or 14, it would have never pulled even 6th, unless you ported the shit outta it....my guess is you hit around 65-70?.......

thats what i was thinking also stan, i really like the idea though, i think you would certainly be more apt to bend the shift rod like that, i dont care for the look as much with the stock cover cut, as with it left alone,maybe if a had a shiny sprocket and nut to display...... cutting a solid after market cover might be better?, if your goddamm peg bolts wernt stripped removing the cover to change a sprocket isnt that bad a deal......

Dammm Tit you finally come clean all of us on the HQ are your Mates as well, the only diff is we all have Banshee's, where i live we see alot of dirtbikes if i told the cops my banshee will do a 120 the'd certainly laugh also.....the link i posted for you will give you a good idea of how fast your bike will go, ive gone 80mph next to cars and on roads that parralell the interstate where the speed limit is 70 and pass cars like there standing still, thats how i know im kinda going 80 or 85, ill wind it up then slow down about 2 seconds later, going that fast on a banshee set up for dirt is fucking scary.....i had a cbr 900 street bike and every so often would crack it back to 150 for about 1 second, 120 is fast as hell on a well balanced cafe race bike, but on a quad is damm near unheard of.....youd be damm close to setting a world record for top speed on a quad

try backing the idle knobs on your tors all the way out and resinking the carbs by turning them back in to set the idle..........and clean your air cleaner.....you can get a vacum built up if its trying to breath and cant

it couldnt be coming from the rezz...oil doesnt sqeak...its the spring in the body sqeaking......twist it and it will go away....then probally come back too..........Jacey at acttion motorsports will revale and build it for you.........they are in hesperia california......he worked for yamaha for years and knows his poop.......

you dont need to even go that far Breast, (your new nick name ).....its really simple math...... http://home.earthlink.net/~gellett/banshee.htm type in your gear and tire size..........i think your a cool guy so im not bagging on you, but your bansh dont do 120mph.......mine will spinn up to 100mph geared 17/40 with 80+ ponies.......but the other thing is .......do you have any fuckin idea how fast over a 100 is on a quad.....that bike will self destruct at that speed unless set up properly...i have a 500 dollar stearing stabilizer and if i crank it so tight i can barely turn the bars when i start pulling hard in 6th if i so much as flinch im dead......if you did do 120 and then let up on the throttle youd crash....you would have to slowly slow down...i mean jesus think about it.....
