stock pilot is a 25, clip is middle or 3rd. with t5, open box, vf2 i was stock pilot, 4th clip on needle and 320s roughly depending on temps

you need to be 320 plus most likely. dont run it very long you'll be buying a new top end. try like a 27.5 pilot, 4th clip and 340s and go from there. depending on your elevation.

why dont you have the guy just make you a new one thats not as light. i think he cut like 70 of those and like 2 have had problems. i know he said he would take care of you. just get one thats lightened like 9oz.

some 1 inch steel pipe just plumb it to where you want it in your shop. tough and just make sure you make a t fitting where your air chuck plugs in to drain any moisture. sounds like a cool shop. must be nice

if the outside air is super hot and your not moving a lot of air thru the rad your bike will run hot. to help get a new alum radiator, run engine ice, get a billet impeller, should help a bunch. for more couple of those 20 fin inline cooler that go in the water lines. cool head directs the water better but most people add more compression so makes more heat. at the dunes if the bikes get hot we pull over and park like on a hill and let the wind blow thru the rad for like a bit while we rest and what not.

personally i think those tires you run arent very tall paddle height wise like some sand devils. you get some haulers i dont think youll be having any problems. 21-12-8 9 or whatever should be decent. ive seen stock bikes with just pipes smoke those molded type tires put a set of haulers on and it hooked up a lot better.

stock rad at the dune would boil over riding in the bottom when it was 90 deg out in like 13 mins roughly. new rad i can ride easy 30 mins depends on how hot and the wind is. yeah they work very well. in the dead of winter say 40 degs out my bike would get to like 100 deg temp wise if that. so i cover half of rad up to let it get warmer.

means they are 2x as thick they fit under stock plastic yes probably one of the smartest things to buy for a shee if you ride a lot and dune, i got a toomey one. in the winter i have to put a winter front on it so the bike will get to a decent temp.
