  1. here are some pic of my old 12ports that jim did. he did drill thru the side and re welded it up and made it look nice.

  3. 4/5th clip on the needle 300-330 mains have to play with it. i would change the pilots with stock porting. domes shouldnt effect jetting.
  4. i wouldnt run them that way. better send them back to kevin and get something lined out.
  5. ryan you need to check your squish. 19cc you should be way up there compared to what you have. im guessing they are cut to loose. then you can go from there. that or your running way to way to thick of base gasket cause with stock head. i would check that out after rereading your post.
  6. run the o rings in the pipes and also put another set on the cylinders it should seal them up.
  7. most any builder can do a dune port or whatever you want. do a search for builders start calling and talk stuff over. tell them your weight, pipes, carbs, blah blah setup and how you want the bike to act. ive dealt with jim at passions in oklahama. and cameron from redline in oregon.

  10. just ask your builder kevin should be able to get you in the ball park of jetting are those carbs keihin or mukuni. also get some 20 or 19cc domes 170 psi would be a good range for the gas your running.
  11. top of carbs if i remember right big knobs are idle never adjust stock carbs with tors always pulled them off asap on any of the shees around me.
  12. 2 points first one why are you holding a bike wot for 3 minutes thats a long time to be going wot. sec i wouldnt suggest pulling in the clutch and holding it while moving at a high rate of speed for very long UNLESS YOU HAVE A PANCAKE BEARING.
  13. what filter you running or what type of filter might be better to ask. are you using an outerwear with the sand. one way to know is pull the head and look at the bore if you see scratchs well you know your answer.
  14. get with sandtoyz unlimited they are the main supplier now used to be inland atv. im sure they could hook you up with whatever. they are good people.
  15. got some needle ill give you some cgl needles.

  19. ive used their stator for a bit now and havent had any issues knock on wood. but iknow their flywheel seem to be junk. put a brand new one on to test some electrical stuff made the bike run worse put stock one back on and ran good. that made in china stuff is going to haunt them in the end.

  21. well hello to you chris hmm lets see the fence deal yeah i was the only one remember kurt almost hit it and couple others, but what do i know. guess im just not dont good at stopping in 50ft going ballz out in 250-300ft on wet grass that ended in a barbed wire fence. now to the stock stroke bike, yeah andys bike that you jockied was on alky and you got someone to run and get you some paddles that last time i was there. no one else ran or had paddles i lived an 1.5 hrs away so it was like i just go get them. and the first race that i went thru the fence was with a 4 over and it was to short only other swinger i had was a 10 over and it was too long for that track that was basically cement dust. the pro wedges didnt hook worth a crap with that long of arm. bud light banshee with a stock arm was hooking great cause it was so loose. if you doubt me ask BBIII AND puddle jumper they were there. never said my bike was the badest mofo ever you can search every post ive ever made. i went to have fun and it was fun. i dont get so super competive like you guys seem to. not that big of a deal to me. your a professional jockey for or used to be for calvin pollet. youve been riding and racing since you probably could walk. i just ride and go for a good time. there been many threads bout airstrykers being hard to jet. i copyed 91banshee post about what he ran on a 421 cub. that was some good info for the guy to use IF HE wanted it. never said what i posted was the bible. take it for what you want. you guy seem to love the a/s by all means run them i just know they were picky and run different jetting than pwk. if i remember right my bike beat some bikes there with that long arm. didnt clean house never said it did. you won it congrads. dont know what else to say. since you have a problem with my engine builder for whatever resaon he and couple of his motors are down at whitefield in ok, your there in oklahoma go down to race im not near the level as you guys are. and dont care to be.
