  1. yeah its for ford. for some reason it got good additives in it adn shifts way better than the others. on my buick i put a full race shift kit in it. i would shift hard to begin with, but type f made it shift faster smoother than the dexron. dexron is really thin also.

  5. you know it sure is funny. atf is used in auto tranny in all vehicles. my pu weighs 4000 or more and i pull trailers. there are a shit load of clutchs in a vehicle tranny. ive ran it for a while, bdbanshee ran it for yrs, he was the one that told me about it. havent had a problem with it. i do change it regularly about every 3 months. keep it fresh. if you pour out belray 85w gearsaver, i looks just like it, smell almost like it also. i use only TYPE F though. it has better shifting, lubricants than like dexron. i had an 84 gmc pu with a shift kit in it. with type f it would bark the tires, using anything else it would shift like normal. plus its like 2 dollars a bottle. ive ran 10-40 in my tranny once. it was a bitch to shift. i will stick with what seems to be working for me

  8. im running 20 now with my rebuild it test out to 180 psi. at 1000ft roughly im running av 100 LL works for me. i would throw some 20 or 19 in and get more low end

  13. i see where you only put the basket it. i put the whole system in. the basket, hub, pressure plate. for some reason the plate hits and rubbs the clutch case. have you checked your oil. mine had metal shaving in it. from rubbing on the case. to solve i took a air disc sander sanded on the case where the clutch cover bolts are thru the case about 1/8 if that gotta watch out and not remove too much stopped it. no noise now probably not a problem for what you got \

  15. if that bikes got 110 psi of compression its junk with a cool head with 20cc i should have somewhere in the 155 psi at least. it might not have 20cc but it will have more compression i would hope, shit it might be ported. then it would be kick ass
  16. say run the rockets against the GRR pipes, i dynoed the GRR pipes against the CPI's on my bike and pulled 7HP more than the CPI's i ran the shearers too and they didnt pull on my bike as hard as the CPI's did but i didnt dyno them to see what they would do you got a set to donate to the cause?? this could get real interesting get like 5 pipes and see what happens

  18. first off that bike is pretty sharp looking. its got a coolhead, t5 and some new fancy frt shocks. probably going to ask for 4-6k for that bike i would say. it will be a fun bike to ride what ever you do
  19. first off does it have to have the choke on to start it when you first start it. if it does i wouldnt jack with the pilots. you want to choke it to start it, if you pilot are big it will start without them. also pilot are closed to 1/8 throttle. now, get a pro design or noss machine air filter plate and get a filte with it. i run the pro design foam system. the factory air filter is junk and will leak. after that remove the lid, more air = more power. your running it on the fourth clip where i ran mine. i would put some 320 in and test them. 280 are lean for most systems. do a plug chop, and do from there. its ok to run it a little rich. lean isnt good my old engine i ran t5, toomey needles 4th clip, no lid, v force reeds and 340 mains it was almost perfect thats a 1000 ft elevation also. you didnt post where you are at, and the elevation just a thought
  20. most any builder can do a dune port. i got one from passionre. its mean just getting the jetting down now so it runs great. do a search there are many porters to choose from
