most bikes shouldnt need a lock up unless you are making serious hp if i remember right, use some r6 or whatever bike fibers, stock steel, and i think they said toomey springs is good to 100+ hp dont quote me on it but i saw something like that on planetsand.com

to each their own what bdbanshee did, costs nothing. yeah some silicone isnt the best solution but it would work. take your time you probably wouldnt ever know that you didnt it. if you did a good job. tube of silicone is like 4 bucks. but if you get it adjusted right the first time shouldnt have to adjust it a bunch

my brother in law has dmc 916 on his shee. they are the wicked sounding pipe i ve heard. t5 are a close sec. they are a good mid pipe. his bike got a good port job and runs really well.

well with my stroker, i put cgl in, not enough fuel, cek and cej are what im going to put in next to help. might have to look into that for yours. being in cali you can get needle easy from say sudco.com and what not. they like fuel, but mines ported.
