why not just skip the glue and saftey wire them on?... seems like the easiest and most effective solution .

does anyone know what size the threads are on the throttle cable that screws into the top of the carbs ?.. i have to replace the nuts on the top of the carbs .. need to know what size to get . thanks in advance reas

shearer inframes are nasty... they pull thats another option if u wanted one only u have to run clampons if u go with shearer ..

i'm running 30mm rs carbs i like them i have the portwork to go to a bigger carb, but actually in all honesty i'm satisfied with the lowend i get from using 30mm. and my pipes allow for the topend pull.. i think u should consider using rs carbs if u want the lowend and if u want more pull on top change your pipes up consider getting your flywheel lightned .. advancing your timing and porting your cages .. theres so many possibities u can do to increase your hp . right now my bike is nowhere near an mx bike but with my port, 30mmrs carbs , ported stock reed cages, timing advanced +4 deg. im at sea level and im right at a 370 main with the needle at the 3rd clip.. one thing to consider if u decide to get rs carbs is that u need a bigger pilot jet then u would with fs or ds carbs .

aight man slow down .. it's easy to get caught up .. first decide what piston u want . wiseco , vitos there are a few others depending on your mods u can choose the best setup u need. wiseco is a solid choice though .u cant go wrong there.ebay is the best place to find a topend kit . get your cylinders bored, depending on your bore size will determine what size piston u will need. if u need a new crank i would reccomend tdr racing they have excellent customer service and will answer all of your questions .. if u need an aftermarket head and or domes contact dlnoss on this site he will give u a 10 % discount just for being a member here he can help u with all your needs for the head . i will almost bet money that the sound u heard was a crank bearing..i would split the cases and check all the bearings. i'm sure u will find one of the bearings to be bad if this is the case u don't neccessarily need a new crank just get the bearing pressed off at a machine shop and order the new crank bearing,and have the machine shop press the new bearing on . another thing to consider is your crank to be true and welded if it is not. along the way of making your bike faster this mod is almost a must. u will find if u increase the hp, without a welded crank the crank will start to seperate after time this happens. so if u plan on going with more mods as most banshee owners do i would have it welded..

man .. once u use safety wire u will never waste your time with glue again .

u could find a trucking company to ship your bikes , be prepared to spend some dough . if thats the case ship them wherever u are going and fly out there usually u need someone there to wait because the truck driver isn't gonna wanna wait untill u get there. it's really a hassle unless u drive it yourself or have one of your boys do the run in a truck that can carry all the quads.. generally a landscape trailer is idea depending on the number of heads. u got alot of options just gotta call the places and find out some prices, also if u are heading out west u might wanna wait abit it's alittle hot out in the desert this time of year ..

i agree.. seeing the front is very helpfull . the only time u will hate it is when u go through mud .. but what the hell it looks better and u can see alittle better .
