They are $658.00 with chrome. I googled searched "Paul Turner Pipes" then went to the duncan site and added a set to the cart and clicked the chrome option. Then viewed basket.

That is why you dont see very many of them. Why buy a Hi rev when you can get a t5 with better chrome for half the price and have it preform just as good if not better.

i have a 400 cheata cub and it has procuircuts on it, the last trip i took up to oregons dunes sucked. every hill climb i tried i had to work at. no bottom end whatsoever it was all or nothin, either burry the throttle and ride a wheele up it or stop and try again. i hoped on my wifes banshee that has stock motor and t5s and it went up it no prob. so i called cascade and they said i sould get the paul turner mid pipes and it would make all the difference. so thats where im at, ive done a few things to help out the bottom end since that ride. i went with 20cc domes instead of 22cc, advanced timing 4 degrees, and now im running 110 race fue (ouch)

You made a not so educated choice by running a drag race cylinder setup with a mid-bottom end pipe like a pro circuit. Pro circuits on a stock motor make power til about 8600 rpm. The cheetah was made as a high flow drag race cylinder setup. The stock unported exhaust port height in a cheetah is way higher than that of a stock cylinder, thats why the pro circuits ran like crap. I know a guy with ptr mids and a cheetah setup that was not impressed with ptr mids on his bike even after he put in a 7mm crank and had porting done. Its not a low range power setup! He had to have them resleeved and have the ports dropped down to about a 175-180 degree exhaust duration to make him happy.

Yep the problem isnt with the Pipes it is with the Cylinders.

Drag port = absolutly no low end with a below average mid range.

A cub is a light switch it is ethire on or it is off.

yeah i realize i made a bad choice but that is what trinity racing talked me into. one of my stock juggs was bad so i called trinity and the guy i talked to said if i had a trail port done that i would be pleased with the cubs. i had never rode this setup so i trusted a reputable company. i have realized that the info i had been getting by this individual was not all true. he also told me i could run just pump gas and be fine, with a 20 cc dome. i have been talking with cascade innnovations which seem to know a hella lot more on running cubs on shees. they said they had a setup simmilar to mine but they had pt's on it and said it had goobbs of low end, so thats where im comming from. i know engouh on banshees to get myself in trouble. thanks for the info

My experience on the 7mill cheetah was it made 5 more HP and had a broader torque curve with the pc's compared to the ptr mids.peak rpm was only a variance of about 100rpm.this was after resleeving it and dropping the port durations.

You should try finding a set of ported stock cylinders on here and then try them out. Then sell the cub if you like them.

Or keep the cub and put a set of cpi's on it.

thanks for the info, i just might try that. what is a good asking price for my cub? and how much are a stock set of ported juggs gonna cost? and i just bought a brand new set of pts today from cascade innnovations. set me back a grand
