2-Stroke oil from Auto Parts store?

Ok so here is the deal, I got my 2-n-1 set up that I thought was comming next week. I have no oil and an empty tank... I wanna ride some today but the bike shops are closed on Sunday. I NEED Oil!!! ANY brands you guys have used before for a couple hr ride? Thanks!

Ive used come castrol 2 stroke oil I bought in a gas station and rode with it for 2 days about 15 gallons of gas went through and it was fine.

Yes the manual says the Castrol R30, A545, and A747 are suitable options at 20:1 ratio. Sounds a little rich on the ratio though.

considering the factory ratio is 25:1 they dont want ANY warranty damage

I break my rebuild in with Quaker State or Penzoil 2 cycle mix.

I second Mobil 1 2 stroke oil from Autozone. It is actually good stuff. I've done a few rebuilds on bikes that have ran it and it seems to be as good if not better than expensive 2 stroke oils. It is very clean burning. I run it in my shee now.

Yeah the mobil 1 is synthetic i think in going to switch over from my expensice castor and try it

i have used penzoil before.. been a long time though, anymore i keep an extra quart of amsoil on the shelf at all times.. that way i never run out..

I just figure it might help the rings seat faster. As long as you got oil it isnt going to sieze.
