bansheejoel
i thought i was going crazy b/c one ride when i stopped my chain would be loose so i would re-adjust it then i would go out for another ride and it would be really tight. So i jacked up the back and spun the rear tires and the chain would be loose, then i would spin the tires 1/2 turn then the chain would be tight. I dont think my axle is bent but when i spin the rear tires the sprocket carrier moves up and down. What could it be? thanks

KaosBanshee44
The bolts that move the carrier forward and back may be lose, there are like 3 sets of bolts on the stock style swinger just make sure there all tight.
bansheejoel
there all tight, its like the sprocket carrier moves up and down like the sprocket holes are drilled wrong or something but its a new sprocket.....all the holes lined up perfect.
