slowblueshee2 Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 yamaha of troy's web site has all the factory replacement parts. Quote
Animalman294 Posted April 23, 2008 Report Posted April 23, 2008 Ya, most of the time they are kids and if they can't find it on the computer they are lost. But with the modern programs they have blown up expanded parts lists and you can just point to the part you want, and hopefully they can identify that with a part number that usually is on back order for a month.......... :yelrotflmao: Quote
RAYTECH Posted April 24, 2008 Report Posted April 24, 2008 Get some 3-M weather strip adhesive too. Otherwise you'll be back to sqare one The stuff that comes on the factory strips disinigrates after the first gas overfill. Ray Quote
Smokin' Joe Posted April 24, 2008 Report Posted April 24, 2008 yep, i bought a set and one almost feel off. so i removed it and need to sticky it on.. Quote
JasonsBanshee Posted May 3, 2008 Report Posted May 3, 2008 I removed mine on my old bike and went down to the local wal mart and got some chrome door trim from the auto department. Quote
180sx Fan Posted May 8, 2008 Report Posted May 8, 2008 that actually looks pretty good nice find. Quote
BURRITO Posted May 8, 2008 Report Posted May 8, 2008 I ran the chrome door edging for awhile. There is glue inside the channel so it seems to stay on better. Now I run nothing but the tank cover itself. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted May 8, 2008 Report Posted May 8, 2008 i dont run anything, its just one more thing to rub the paint off my plastics Quote
